8:55pm 6/1/2022 The worst most scariest experience happened. This can happen to just about anyone. Left my dogs in the car while I picked up my online order which was ready for pick up (just before they closed). Didn't think much of it, just running in to pick up my order e leaving everything in my car,, cellphone, my purse, wallet, everything . My suv was still running/on. In less than 1 or 2 mins, I come out, MY CAR IS LOCKED ? ! ENGINE RUNNING! DOGS INSIDE! PHONE STILL ATTACHED TO CHARGER. This has never happened to me before. My car never locks while key ? is in the ignition & CAR IS ON!!!! all I can assume is that the pooches got excited and were running back and forth accidentally manually closing touch/locking driver door (other doors automatically lock.when car is in movement/driving)Just like any human or dog mom, I begin panicking!!!! Almost had a massive anxiety attack.9:00pm I ran in to Boston Market and they were kind enough to lend me their phone/land line while they called AAA road side assistance. Obviously I don't have any physical identification to show them but they trusted me. Turn out my account for AAA has been canceled. At this point I'm on panic mode. I asked phone rep if they can renew my AAA over the phone using same card as last year but he says i need to do it online. MY PHONE IS LOCKED IN CAR!!!9:10pm Boston Market is now closed (they close at 9pm) None of the staff at Boston Market had AAA roadside assistance(I even offered to pay if they lend me their AAA). This was a very urgent matter, MY DOGS ARE IN THE CAR, Windows closed! At this point I have them call 911! CALL DOESNT GO THROUGH!!!! LMFAO! I'm now on panic mode, crying my eye balls out!9:15p I ran to RALPHS. I stood there, not knowing who to ask. Then I approached the STARBUCKS counter. I know they are closed and cleaning up. I asked them I need a huge favor! Do any of them have AAA. I explained to them my situation. Julian, the barista, went above and beyond to help me. Even though they were already closed, he went out of his way to call AAA for me USING HIS Membership & his phone!!!! In less than 10-15 AAA arrived , unlocked my car & my furry monsters were safe!!!!! Words are just not enough to express how grateful I am to Julian & the one girl at Boston Market who really tried to help me. Wish I would have gotten her name but my brain was a fog & I wasn't thinking clearly. . Anyone else wouldn't have believed me specially not having any kind of ID or cell phone with me. What a scary experience it was!!! Thank you both for opening up you heart, trusting me, and for being so generous!!!! Hopefully STARBUCKS & Boston Market acknowledges & recognizes the amazing caring employees they have!!!! You both deserve a giant shout out & A HUGE RAISE! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!! You made me believe that there is still good in people!!!! The world needs more kindhearted compassionate people like you! I trully do appreciate you! That there is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU BOTH!!!!!!

We visited Boston Market for the last time today! The menu has changed. They no longer offer turkey. I ordered the chicken with two sides. The chicken was good. The stuffing was so dry, and full of these dried hard chunks, like if they scraped the bottom of the pan. The corn was completely over cooked. Tasteless and soggy. The guality of the food has gone down. And for what you pay, definitely not worth it.

Went here today to redeem my Tmobile Tuesday local offer. ?The service at first was great. However, when ask for a side of sauce since the skin was drenched in it and once you remove the skin there is no sauce on the chicken and mind you I do not eat the skin. They wanted to charge an extra $1 for sauce on the side which I already paying about $14 for the 1/4 white meal. The manager Destiny, said ok I will redo the order... To my surprise the sauce was on the side but the chicken they replaced which was very plump at first was returned as a baby chicken. When asked about the previous size and this new baby size of chicken the manager Destiny was not accommodating at all .Oh yeah when the meal was returned the sides ordered was so cold and not piping hot like before. Boston Market really went downhill;I was very disappointed in the service rendered today. Needless, to say I will not be coming back anytime soon. I will be reaching out to T-mobile to see if they could potentially reevaluate the local deal with Boston Market.

Over priced not a good value for your dollarsOrdered Chicken Soup family size( $9.)they didn't have crackers and 1/2 chicken dark ($12). Food was what you expect sides on chicken dinner were very small and tray sides wee not filled up.Not sure I'll go back again.

The customer service at this location was superb, that's what I expect when I'm spending my hard-earned money on food. The establishment is well ran and the wait time is hardly any even with a line.

It was a busy day people had ordered their chicken, I walk in there expecting the worst oh, and I got the best oh, nice fast service oh, it was our Christmas dinner

Wanted to try the pot pies but when I was in line my husband pointed out a live cockroach in the area wear they keep the cheeses/lettuce etc... just walked out ? we're going to canes lol

Food was hot and fresh and workers were friendly. Took a while to get the food, but it was not an issue.

What I've noticed is that the portions of much smaller this year for some reason, this specific location was freezing even the workers were cold next to the hot oven and it was cold outside on a rainy day. The workers were kind and friendly overall Addison experience.

young lady working on cash register with the red gorgeous hair was super polite and helpful, made my day 100 times better and hoping to see her again,I’d give her a raise if we’re y’all.
