The customer service was horrible. I made a reservation for 9:30 and didn’t get seated until 10:30 . Also we wait 2 hrs until we had a chef and he was disrespectful calling me sir when I’m a female it’s mam

Food, service, chef it was outstanding. The food price a little high.

It was my birthday and I was excited to come to the establishment. We sat down but everything came out very slow. The server, our drinks, the cook, and everything. The time we had to wait between the soup salad and entrees was ridiculous and unacceptable

It was my sons 18th Birthday. Chef was great, food was amzing and we all had a nice time. Thank You

Benihana has gone down in their quality and service. This is the first time I've been to this location and wouldn't go back. I'm not sure if our server was new or just was having a bad day. He was forgot numerous items on our table and the table next to us. All in all it was a mediocre meal.

Chico delivered again. Awesome cook!

They need better management at this location. Pretty cut and dry

Other than the extended wait for the chef to come out, the food and service was great.

The rice was cooked hard.. my daughter complained to me and i told it was ok eat it.. I ordered to go food, told by chef that the server would bring it, fast forward time to pay.. Bill has to go food along with 4 margaritas I didn’t order.. but no to go food.. asked the sever where’s the to go food? He starts to scramble around asking other chef something.. he then goes and gets my some random rice from the express service.. they were closed.. that why i say random rice.. i still left a tip though

Plan to wait 40 minutes to get your food. If you get there early, they will most likely not have servers and chefs ready to provide service.
