Meh.... experience was not very good. The drink was ok. Service was not very good at all... 30 minutes to order a drink, 30 minutes to get it and 15 to get my check and leave. Can't say that I'd come back.The floor was trashy, took an hour for them to bus the table next to me. If you avoid this place you are likely doing yourself a favor.I added the extra star because the drink I did have was actually decent.
Didn't like it that much. Service was extremely poor. We sat at the bar. It wasn't a busy night. The music was super load couldn't chat with out talking super loud.Food was good.This bar has all the makings of being fun. But the staff is not engaged.
Spinach and Artichoke dip, tastiest thing I’ve ever had! Chased with a gastroburger and topped off with a cocktail made by Kevin at the bar. Lots going on at Bar Louie but Kevin both times I’ve been here now finds a way to stay genuine and give the best service. Ask for him next time you’re at the bar because not only does he make a great old fashioned he makes sure you feel welcomed.
Went there last night 4/15. We went there for drinks and place was busy which good. Took awhile to sit at the bar..lots of single people sitting in between empty seats which made it difficult to find 2 empty seats together. The girls at the front door that find you tables were into their phones than helping accommodate your needs and leave you wondering on your own. Gave us a pattio table full of heavy dust to the touch. 20 mins later we find 2 seats at the bar. We sat right infront of one of the most common spots the bartender goes to yet he came around bout 20 times and never asked us if we needed a drink...I had to yell out what drinks we wanted. Round 2 same thing often hitting that same spot but he would not ask if we needed drinks. Many times drunk guys would squeeze in between my seat and my friends to wait to order drinks...they never got served but in the mean time they were hovering with their mouth over our drinks. I could have easy told those poeple to F%%÷ off and look for other places to get their drinks BUT that would have rapidly escalated to a fight...based on how they were already angry for not getting attention to order drinks.Lastly....which is just funny... You could be walking in with your grandma and they woukd still ID her but their ID check is so quick there is no way they'd see your DOB
Took LONG to even know who my server was. We are older than the typical crowd so we were overlooked by all staff. Food was pretty hot. Nachos were tasty. 805 was on point. Very nice place even though it can be LOUD in the pm.
Great customer service, good prices, amazing food, great atmosphere, and unique yet delicious drinks. I definitely recommend for any occasion.
Been to this Bar a few times since the year started and never felt the need to review this place. This last week when I came in it was slow and I took the time to ask our bartender for his specialty drink. I dont know what it's called but he killed it! I love this refreshing drink. He had great customer service skills and even joined in on our silly conversations.
I'm honestly giving three stars because my past experiences have been better than this past Saturday. My daughter, mom and myself decided to have a "quick" meal. We were told to sit anywhere we wanted so we sat away from the door because there was a party of about 12 girls being very loud who were yelling and laughing. They took our drink order, brought them back within 10 minutes and took our order. My mom and daughter got their meals within 15 - 20 minutes. The waitress came back about 40 minutes later asking if I had received my order. I told her that I hadn't so she said she would go check for me. A guy came back about 30 minutes later, apologized "for the confusion" slid the plate on the table and walked off quickly. I get that the party outside probably needed more attention but we were paying guests too. My daughter asked for water and ketchup, wasn't eating her food because she was waiting for it and it wasn't brought to her for another 25 minutes. She asked for another drink and it took about half an hour to get that. All in all, our "quick meal" was almost 3 hours. We had no food left, all our dishes were gathered and placed in the middle of the table and the waitress asked if we were okay... I just asked for the check, was brought while I was walking out of the restroom and had to look for someone else that could take our payment because we definitely didn't want to wait another half hour for her to take my card and another 20 minutes for her to come back to have me sign. So disappointed since we had such great service the previous times.
The appetizers and burgers were delicious. The bartender executed every drink to perfection. My family and I will be back to try more things on the menu.
Very nice ambience with a great playlist. If your looking for a fun night out with your friends this is a great place to go . Good food and pretty drinks.
