Unfortunately this location is either understaffed or under-trained. 4 times I have been to this location. And 4 times there has been problems. Most of the issues stem from orders being incorrect (even after using the application and making sure it was right). The other chronic problem with this store is to make those in the drive thru park and wait for food. Of the times I had been in this situation, most of it was due to the fact that they don’t start the order until you are at the window. It does not matter how large or small your order is.
The management need to change. There are like 5 employees in there which is more than customer at the time, but all the orders mixed up, drive thru jammed, I have to wait 30 minutes for my two simple combo order, don't know how they gonna do if they're In N Out
Fast, friendly ,clean i just wish they would give me a number. I am tired of my name said wrong or it takes longer just to spell name out. More training on tap to pay.
This taco bell has a habit of closing when they want despite being during open business hours. Really rude on top of that.
It seems like every time I come here this location goes down hill a little more. Short staffed forced to go in, out of products, incorrect orders. Getting annoying.
Such a weird drive thru as it’s a narrow lane and separated. Had to wait for my food in the parking spot and I didn’t get any hot sauce when I had asked for it at the window. Had to go inside and wait for them to finish up with other customers just to get hot sauce.
Went there this afternoon and the place was smelling of weed, it's so surprising how the staff of the restaurant are not checked and there is no one to check what the employee s are doingAwful experience
Picked up an order very unprofessional seal was already broken items wrong maybe computer glitch or new worker
