Really solid boba place. Fresh boba, clean store, easy ordering through their kiosk, and fresh and clean flavor (not overly creamy or sweet). I usually do 50% sugar, so I can taste the flavor of the tea. Comment to the store on staffing, you might be a bit heavy ??

Were told to order it from the kiosk and for the life of me, I can't find the drink I was looking for. Anyway, order an alternative and the drinks taste bland. Not coming back.
They don't even acknowledge you when you enter. They make you use the stupid kiosk to order which takes about 5 minutes, like who really wants to swipe through a bunch of menu just to find and order your drink? There's a ton of different drink variety, so good luck finding your drink right away. Apparently some people who are afraid to talk to people will like using the kiosk over ordering in person which takes less than a minute. Tea is just ok.

The staff from this tea shop at City of Industry always turned off the online order from their website to avoid from taking more orders. You have to go into the store ordering the drink indoor.

Great place for tea. Order is taken at the computer and only accepts card/e-pay options due to covid. Just be ready for a little bit of wait as the specialty tea does not come from vats premixed with flavor. Definitely one of the best tea places in the area, well worth the wait.
Stopped by for a quick refreshment after dinner at Myung In Dumpling down the way. Ordering was easy via their kiosk and service friendly and fast. The drinks were good, but my kids said they have had better and gave me their rating of four stars. I really didn’t have my own drink, so going with their recommendation.They have a lot of options to customize your drink, so I say try it for yourself and find a combination that works for you.
So much variety and creativity with the drinks! I love their specialties and the tea tastes great! (:
