Went in to buy gift cards for Easter for grandkids. The store was spotless. Problem was could not get $25 gift cards it wouldn't happen.. So got 2 tens for the little kids and the $25 gift cards I got somewhere else for another store. Other than that it was fine.
Ordered 2 for $5 Sausage Egg McMuffin. Confirmed no cheese (since some had cheese). They ended up giving Sausage Egg McMuffin with no sausage ?
Terrible every time I go. Food is fine but they always forget something. These kids working there can not remember to give me a drink or fries when I order a combo (it’s on the receipt too). Then say have a nice day without giving me it. Sucks that this is the closest one to me.
They cheat you on the fries time after time. Ordered a large fries and it is only 3/4 filled.Happens all the time here.
Lazy to cook and getting hungry so I thought of grabbing the fish fillet and some French fries. For the price, I think the fish fillet was ok but I noticed that the large fries is not really "large" .. why do they keep reducing the quantity and yet they kept increasing the prices? I guess this is true with all other locations and not just this one!
I Mc love the food.The cashier I met at night was very friendly.
It's only 9:25am and they are out of breakfast not to mention their latte machine is broken... again... wasn't the whole reason to sell latte's was to compete with Starbucks? Coffee Bean is snagging all the customers now since they are in the same complex. My sister was also a District Manager at McDonald's and her workers would say the coffee & ice cream machines were always down because they hated cleaning the machines. I sure hope that isn't the case here.
This is my go-to local McDonald's. There's plenty of parking at this location. The drive-thru at this location is usually very busy, so I prefer to place my order on the mobile app and go inside to wait for my food. Service is normally quick and the food has been standard for any McDonald's. The dining area inside is usually kept clean.
Ordered 4 coffees and 4 sandwiches. Messed up both sets of items. Had to have 3 different exchanges at the window just to get my coffees correct, and then I get home and of course the most expensive sandwich I ordered wasn't in the bag (got a regular sausage McGriddle vs the Saus Egg & cheese McGriddle I ordered).
