Terrible 8 peice combo. Fries and bisquits were hard. The chicken was not fresh chicken. They did not give us any forms, napkins, butter or honey. Very disappointed. And this was not the first time!
The drive thru can get hectic. I waited literally for 25 mins in the drive thru throughout the whole process. I can understand why it's so slow though. Ever since the pandemic started, there's been a shortage of employees. I still love you KFC! Don't worry! But 3 ? though that's all. Lol ???
Beyond chicken is delicious, as long as it's cooked fresh. Old feels over cooked!
Felt rushed when ordering. Not even covid testing sites are afraid to deal with a patient but his girl should stay home if she doesn't feel safe to be at work. Poor service.
Stop by QFC to pick up chicken sandwich chicken was excellent the bread wish like cardboard only a little harder do not recommend a chicken sandwich
Went here as I’ve been here many times. New staff inside. The central in the dining area soda machine was turned off. The short filled soda refill was the cut off. This location is shortening your order. Not a lot of any customers coming here. We had better luck at the Whittier Blvd. Whittier CA location KFC.
Poor customer service. Employers were not friendly and I felt that they didn't want customer to be dining there.

The drive threw, and the restaurant only had one person working. I thought the speaker was broken; there was silence for more than 5 minutes and two cars ahead of me. They kept cars waiting because they could not say they were alone. --- did not place an order—poor customer service.
