I was there at 11:30 and they were supposed to close at 12 but the lady didn't want to take the order and she told me that they are closed but at the end she placed my order when I told her that Google maps shows that you are open till 12 and she was treating us in a real mean way.Date: 04/19/2022Time: 11:30
Went there at 530pm and was the only car in the drive through and ordered a kids bag. Waited over 15 minutes for them to bring it to my car after being asked to pull forward. Then went back the next day at 11pm and was the only car there again. I still waited for 10 minutes just to order and was told they did not have tacos. Super slow service in the drive through in the handful of times I have been there.
Service is not the best but the food always has its signature test, I miss the turkey melt.
Very rude drive thru lady at night shift. Worst customer service. Horrible
If you like foil in your tacos then this is your place. Enough said. Stay away from this hole.
Munchie craving, checking for what's open, and can't dine in. This place either needs to hire more people or better quality hires. Two munchies meals for home and a burger. Didn't get it in the meal box, and got less fries than I've ever seen for a Munchie Meal. Getting food had a wait; drive-thru person had me move forward to get my order brought to me. guessing this was to stop the timer on people in the drive thru.If you need or have to visit Jack in the future, I'd recommend going to another one even if it's farther away. Won't be visiting this one in the near future
I have managed fast food and retail.. took me 20 min to order a combo and then another 10 min to get it. Only 4 cars in line.. this is horrible.. You companies wanna charge more but still give inexcusable service. Never go to that Jack in the box again.. Work on your speed of service. ZERO STARS ?
Always count on Jack's for a yummy breakfast sandwich ?
Did they run out of chicken??? What the heck! Kept trying to place a order and they didn't have meals I tried to order. Ended up getting something I wasn't thrilled about just because I was already in line. Service was friendly just out of food it seemed.
