Really Good Katsu. 4.5/5The breading was not heavy and overdone.It was light and you can taste the pork.I got the Pork Bento Box and it came with so much for it's price.The salad dressing was good and flavorful.Katsu sauce was not too watery or thick.The takoyaki was done well and not too strong flavors.The side dishes are great.The Egg was in a shape of a fish.The presentation was done well.
pork katsu and cheese is always yummy. bento box the way to go if you want a mix of flavors and a complete meal. thank you will go there again.

The best place to get some good katsu!! I love getting their Chicken Katsu which comes with a lovely salad (and dressing), rice, spicy picked daikon, and (meat of choice). My partner loves getting the Pork & Cheese Katsu which he says is super delicious as well. I wasn't too impressed with their drinks but who cares, I'm here for the meat!
My young kids love this place! The chicken katsu and fish katsu are moist, tender and very kid friendly. The portions are very generous (huge). We usually get two katsu meals and a roll and it feeds the entire family. Wished the bento boxes and packaging was more green and there was less of it. We create a small mountain of trash every time we go.
I thought it was a little pricey at first but they give you a very big serving size. I ordered pork katsu and gyoza. I think I could have just ordered one and it would have been enough for two people, but now I know that for next time. Their bulldog sauce tastes like it was house made and it is extremely good. Because I took this to go the chicken was not as crispy but it sat in a car for 20 minutes, that is my fault. I do however wish that the cabbage had an optional dressing. The presentation was really nice. I really enjoyed the meal and I look forward to coming back.
Big portion of food. One order of katsu combo with California roll is enough for 2. Katsu with cheese is amazing.
Katsu was great, and huge portions, too!Sorta lacking in places to stand while waiting for your order.Nice that they have outdoor seating during COVID, but cars go fast on Brea, so it is kinda loud.Would definitely go again, but maybe get take out and eat at home, instead.
HUGE portions!!! The pictures are so deceiving they are actually so big and so worth the money. Tried a variety -- the cheese tonkatsu, regular tonkatsu, and the fish. All were delicious. Would recommend just getting the regular ones as I feel the extras are not nearly as good as getting the a la carte food. Definitely feel the regular tonkatsu is the best one, but all three are very good.
The food is fantastic and well priced for the amount they give you. what a gem! we are so happy to know we discovered it
