BEST ALL YOU CAN EAT HOT POT. I don’t know why people giving it 1 star just because of the appetizer. The broth and seafood are FRESH. Meat is not many options BUT AGAIN. The broth is what you should come for. THANK YOU . Be back soOn
They say it is all you can eat but say that they are out of meat 40 minutes into eating. But they are still serving other customers
All you can eat hot pot spot with 90 minute time limit for the meal. Came here for my mom’s birthday on a Monday evening around 6:30pm and got seated immediately. You can pick two broth bases and then pick order plates of meat with the waitress. The station in the back has options for the soup including veggies, noodles, fish balls, etc while the station on the right hand side of the restaurant has an area for you to assemble your own sauce and get appetizers (ie egg rolls, sesame balls, fries, etc). The appetizers unfortunately were all cold when we served ourselves but we did appreciate the variety of soup options as well as the broth taste. Definitely get the Sichuan, as it provides the numbing spiciness commonplace for hot pot. You can dilute the spice with more broth upon request or up the ante if you’re feeling adventurous. The original broth is not spicy and is a good complement. They have ice cream and two cake options available for dessert.Free parking available in the lot. We were mailed a $5 off coupon in the mail, which is how we heard about it. Note that they’ll ask for your phone number when you are checking in for a table. Credit cards accepted. Indoor dining only, no outdoor options. They do serve alcohol. Overall, it’s a mom and pop hot pot place with an array of options for your soup.
Minus 1 Star: My friend got the spicy broth but it was causing his throat to become itchy. We asked if you could change the broth and you said it's too difficult. Mind you there is no veggies or meat in the broth, all they had to do was bring out another pot. Place was not busy, we were actually the only customers at one point. A little good customer service will give you returning customer. Considering 3 people cost $100+ I wish they would be more understanding.They use paper cups, plates, and bowls. After awhile the plates and bowls got soggy and leaked through. I hope this is just some covid protocol they are following so I won't knock them on this.
This store is very disappointing. It's good to read online comments. In fact, it's far from the comments. 90% of the food in the snack area is not fresh, spring rolls are bad, and peanuts are spoiled. The seasoning is dirty and and chaotic. The service attitude is very bad? There is no service. The boss's wife is always looking at her mobile phone and doesn't respond to your needs. She didn't provide me with food on the grounds that there was no meat. It was all you can eat, but in fact, she was using delaying time to reduce the food provided. The desserts provided are also not fresh. So I don't recommend you to this store. It is estimated that the comments on the Internet are all faked by the store itself.
The owner is very welcoming and all food settings are very clean and neat considering this place is all you can eat hot pot restaurant.Hot pot is amazing and the meat and seafood are very fresh.
Best place I have been for a hot pot. customer service is %100 the greatest service I have ever received. Very clean .My partner and I will be returning soon.
Had diarrhea has soon got home. Meat doesn’t look that fresh compared to other places
The owners were so kind and helpful throughout the whole meal unlike most Chinese establishments. Didn't feel pressured or ignored. The meat was very well prepared (4 pieces per tray) and the house special hit just the spot! Would love to come back any time.
This is the BEST HOT POT I HAVE EVER GAD. My Girlfriend is Chinese from China and says also the Best. My Daughter & her Friends really enjoy. Jenny the HOST was very nice . We will be but again at least every other Sunday.
