Excellent pizza, just top notch sauce and flavors. All staff were super friendly. Seating is done "on your own" and they appeared a little understaffed at 8pm on a Tuesday...we had to shift dirty plates to another outside table so we could get a preferred table, but the overall vibeore thanade up for that minor inconvenience. The beer selection is good, the pizza specialties are great, and would definitely come back. Outside seating is dog friendly and good for groups. Inside had live music after 9pm.
Great pizza! I love the way they fold over the crust so it makes it less doughy and more flavorful with the pizza. Tried a bunch of different ones and liked them all. Last one we had was the garlic one and the sauce really makes the rest of the pizza. Tomatoes even it out with the acidity and mushrooms.We did the upstairs party room too. Accommodation was great. I like that you order separately too as it helps with the timeliness of each order

Pizza was very good! They charge that much because it's good and popular. The sauce and crust were great by themselves! I like more sauce, so there wasn't enough for me lol! But definitely one of the best pies I've ever eaten.

Amazing, simply amazing. I fell in love with this joint. Very nice. This joint is in the top three pizza's I've ever had in my life... From the parking lot to the sitting and eating, everything was fun, lively, and interesting, even the employees were great. One of my best days in a very long time.
Although in general California isn't famous for having particularly good pizza, I'd say Woodstock's Pizza does a pretty good job in the area. Definitely one of the best pizza places in Davis. In addition to food, Woodstock's has a great selection of drinks and beers, plus some very good deals on Friday night. Definitely worth a visit!
They sent me all pizzas without cheese, including the cheese pizza. Also, the Hawaiian pizza didn’t have any bacon or juicy pineapple as advertised. Only the crust and tomato salsa. It was my first time ordering there, I’ll never do the same mistake again.
My favorite pizza joint in Davis! I always order pizza here......Or at least, that's how I USED to feel.Recently, there's been a lack of consistency in the quality of their pizzas. Sometimes they're just as good as ever. Other times they're slabs of half-cooked cheese sprinkled with funny-tasting ingredients and WAY too much white onion. The last pizza I bought fell under the latter category. See, good pizza remains pretty tasty even after a day or so in the fridge. Bad pizza turns into barely edible sludge. I just tried to have a few slices of a pie I ordered from Woodstock's a day ago for lunch and I simply could not finish them - they were awful! And it wasn't that good when it was fresh, either. I'm going to throw the rest of it away (first time I have ever done this!)I'm not sure what the confounding factor is - the toppings, the cheese, the dough, who prepped the pizza, how they cooked it, a change in the recipe - but something is making every other pizza they make sub-par. Next time I feel like ordering a pizza, I will remember this, and likely go with Original Steve's or even Pizza Guys (their pizza is only okay, but it's CONSISTENTLY okay).
My wife and I were in Davis, CA on a Saturday and wanted some good pizza for lunch. We decided to finally give Woodstock’s Pizza a try. Upon arrival, it was pretty busy. We decided to try an extra large, thick crust half All Meat Orgy with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage, salami and crispy bacon; and half Causeway Classic with pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, black olives and mushrooms. After ordering, we found a table in the bar area. They offer seating in the main restaurant, upstairs, in the bar, and outside. After approximately 20 minutes, our pizza was delivered. It was nothing short of awesome. The crust was thick, the sauce was great. The toppings were plentiful, and the flavor was great. We enjoyed two slices each, and saved the rest for leftovers. They have multiple TVs to watch games in the bar and main restaurant. Enjoy!
