My friends and I came in here on a last minute whim, and were so pleased with our experience. Monica, the manager, is the absolute sweetest and the food was hot and delicious. Best wingstop ever!

Wingstop has the worst service and always busy for doing nothing. It’s just killing people’s time; Never Ever go there if you love your time.
We walked in with one party ahead of us and we both waited over half an hour. Abysmally slow service, definitely not worth it

Bad customer service, they placed the order incomplete and when we talked to them they accused us of lying. The manager was not respectful when she spoke to us. She did not even apologize for their mistake.

Put in an order for pickup. Showed up 20 mins later when it said it was ready. I was ignored by a female with insanely large braids. For 5 mins even saying excuse me I couldn't get anyone's attention. The cook came to the front to ask if I've been helped and when I told him I was here to pickup my order he looked for the receipt and found it not even posted up. They hadn't even started it yet. I waited another 25 mins and still haven't received my food. What the hell. This Wingstop used to be good.
I have never been to a wingstop that doesn’t serve til 10 mins before closing time. Came here at 10:27 and was informed they were not taking anymore orders by the cashier. If y’all close at 10:30 put that on y’all’s door that’s just rude tbh.
