Visiting from out of town. Found this little hidden gem.Short answer....go now and support local business!In depth....dolmas...awesome with the lemon sauce.Paros island pizza, so yummy. Crust was perfect. Mixture of ingredients great.Finished off with Baklava. Excellent tastes exactly like it should, yum yum yum in my tum.Service was nice with a smile.
Always our go-to place to eat in Davis! Best Pizza in town and there dinners are all good! My favorite is the lamb chops!

Great pizza…probably the best in Davis. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I like that it’s old school and not some trendy hipster place.
Had a really nice dine-in experience here. Food was good, big portions, tasted like home cooking. Staff was very nice. It’s an old restaurant with a homey atmosphere. Some vegetarian options. The vegetarian moussaka was delicious.
Tasty. Good service (was takeout). The lamb was just a little tough, but still good.

I am a huge fan of the special pizzas! Danger zone when I would take one home for myself. I also remember the salads fondly and some of the appetizers, too -- such as taramosalata, yum. I sometimes get that at a Greek shop near where I live now. And I believe the french onion soup is right proper.Anyway, lovely restaurant; I will have to visit next time I'm in Davis.My mom has a history with the Symposium/Pandaleon family having worked for Contilo at Cosmopolis Cafe decades ago.
Their pizza crust is so good, especially when you bring home the leftovers pop them in the oven at 475 and let it get crispy. I'm drooling now. I get the Spanakotrio pizza, so delicious. Last time I went with my son, he had the lamb, I took a bite and wanted it all, it was so tender and tasty. I might get myself that plate next time.
