Rating 5 star due to the unlimited sip and being a good place to study and chill a bit. Place is nice and clean.Otherwise food is good though a bit pricy.

I placed an order via Uber eats for the husband and the driver dropped it off somewhere else. I called Panera to see if they can track down the driver but since it is a third party, there’s no way for them to track it down. However, Alex offered to redo my order and deliver it herself to the husband. She didn’t even charge me for delivery fee and she tracked down the number to call for Uber eats so I can get my refund. Alex is definitely an asset to this company and I will continue to support them, because I know they care and they go above and beyond for their customers.
I placed an online order for delivery, and half the order was left behind by the driver. Absolutely not their fault, but I immediately got a call from the manager, saying that she refunded my entire order, didn’t even wait for me to request. Excellent service, and the food we got was delicious. Thank you!

I like their value duets. You can get a soup and 1/2 sandwich or 1/2 salad for $7.99. It is convenient. The employee are friendly and helpful. They are open from morning for breakfast to dinner
