When you enter, you pick up a “shopping basket” and pick out all of the ingredients you want to go into your soup... meats, veggies, chinese donuts, etc. Keep in mind, it adds up fast! You hand over your basket, select the type of broth you want, and pay. The staff cooks your soup and brings it out to you. When we went, there were a lot of folks and lots of baskets. We thought for sure they’d get them mixed up, but we got exactly what we picked out. It was good, but the broth could have been more flavorful.
