So excited to stumble across this walking through downtown. Had experienced Insomnia Cookies in New York a few years back and when we saw this we practically ran inside, well we did actually... this was exactly as we remembered and kids were excited to get the Big Wich which is 2 cookies of your choosing sandwiched with either ice cream or our absolute fave, buttercream frosting! ? so this place opens at noon but stays open until 1 am so if you want milk and cookies or the Lil dipper box (just get it) you won't be disappointed. You may need to run ?♀️ on the treadmill an extra hour tho....
Nice place for a quick takeout dessert. Prices can feel high when cookies are less fresh, but almost reasonable when fresh out of the oven
I like cookies and I like places open later in the night. Insomnia is both.
I love milk & cookies... but this was overrated. Cookies were burnt, taste store bought. Tried to ask for a box so we can put our mini dippers and icream in and eat as we walk around, but the employee refused to sell us one. Not sure what the idea behind that is..... but whatever. Ice cream was good... that's about it.

Very disappointed with this place. For starters I was expecting that cookies were chewy and moist. The cookies were cold, dry and almost burnt. Cold and dry would also be the best to describe the staff working there. One of the staff was on her second day she seemed struggling and the lady in the back did not seem to care to help her. The lady in the back had the vibe that she wanted us to leave immediately, I never felt welcome. I requested if the restroom could be opened and she immediately said "EMPLOYEES ONLY!". It was so weird because the restroom was located in an accessible place for customers. Additionally there were no signs that the restrooms were for employees only. I DO NOT recommend this place for desert and recommend to avoid it at all cost. Unless, staff would be trained to treat their customers better I do not see success in this place. Treating restaurant staff with utmost respect is a philosophy I value but I hope it can be reciprocated towards customers.
Kind of bummed out with this location, there are always issues with my orders. I was a CookieMagic member and placed over 10 orders. All of them were late, incorrect, cold, stale, or missing entirely. After complaining, I was promised a replacement order and when I placed it, it never arrived after it said delivered. A bit ridiculous lol.
Let me first start of with how much I appreciate this place being open so late into the night, even on weekdays. However, the amount of energy and excitement surrounding the reviews and just national attention felt a little overrated after I got there. Quoted as the perfect place for students, I would actually disagree considering the price of the cookies; a single one being $2 and very little saved if you bought a box or bundle. And the later in the night it got, the less chance there was for you to buy the smaller ones for a lesser price. The only reason I place it 4/5 stars is because of the price. The cookie itself was excellent and the service was amazing!
Was sorta disappointed because I have heard that they are amazing cookies. However, when I went it didnt give me for what I was hoping for. Nonetheless, they aren't bad just that they aren't the best of the best.
Cookies are great but it literally took 2 hours for a delivery after being quoted 30 mins totally not worth it would not get delivery from them again
