Horrible customer service....i waited an hour outside for my order and then I had to go inside to pickup my curbside order that was just sitting under a heat lamp for I don't know how long. then when I left I opened up the bag and I had no eating utensils or condiments. I also ordered a sweet tea and received a plain tea. this location was not busy at the time. just a really bad experience that day. oof!!
Efficient and tasty. Scrambled eggs had a different taste though. But classic burrito was good
Hats off to the chief who made are food it was amazingly good ihop definitely makes dennys look like sht lol good job to everyone working there the service was fantastic as well the manager walked around and ask everyone in the restaurant if everything was ok very nice to see this kind of service we will for sure be back
Owner must love signs. It looks like a bus depot with all the trashed paper signs everywhere. Worst food quality of any IHOP I've ever been to. Big Denny's vibes tbh. Staff was sweeter than honey though and very attentive. Place is clean, though run down.
Very clean, slow traffic.. Great customer service!!! Bathrooms were very clean and fully stocked. Food was good didnt order anything special. Would definitely come back to eat again.
Worse experience ever at any restaurant. We were group of 16 and went for Christmas breakfast. Our order were all messed up. We had to send a sandwich order back 3 times to get what we ordered. Side orders were missed for 6 of our orders. The server named Kent was so rude. He yelled at us and kids. Since we went in a big group we were sitting at three different tables. He started yelling at us without prior warning or anything. Our kids were sitting at separate table and they were all busy with electronics, not making any noise at all and he yelled at our kids too. VERY VERY RUDE. He was total jerk.
Good service, it was almost empty idk if it had anything to do with it, but overalll good service food was on i ordered the hashbrown with sausage, scrambled eggs and white toast,
Great customer service the young man there was very professional.. The restaurant was nice and clean it's a must stop restaurant.. Thank you management and staff great job...
We sat there for 30 minutes before even being approached by anyone only to be "greeted" by a rude waitress with a nose ring who offered no kind of apology for the wait. She wasn't paying attention as I was trying to place my order & often cut me off or interrupted me while I was speaking to my husband regarding his order choosing to speak over me rather than letting me place his order. 2 simple dishes with no substitutions took ANOTHER 30 minutes to prepare. Ridiculous wait for ridiculous service. Will not be going back to this location.
Food was as expected for IHOP. The waiter (Edgar) was most excellent, super nice, extremely polite even though the food was a bit slow. The restaurant was in okay shape, seemed to need a little updating.Overall for a chain restaurant not too bad and conveniently located just off of I80.
