Wow, my experience here has been incredible. Karaoke night is a must. Good drinks and the staff seems like they’re having fun as well. Overall a great spot.
The food was so good! And the service was awesome. Very friendly place. I had the tri tip sandwich and my husband had the Bacon cheese burger with Buffalo style tater tot. They were topped with bleu cheese crumbles too. So dam good! ??????
Chose this place because they are dog friendly. Actually they are dog very friendly, They even provide a treat and a bowl of water for your dog. Tonight’s special was a meatloaf sandwich which benefited a scholarship fund. The meatloaf sandwich was amazing. Great proportion of meatloaf to sourdough. The onion, tomato, and lettuce were all fresh and you could tell they had not sat under a heat lamp dying in the pass. I had a house salad for my side, again, everything was fresh. My wife had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger was cooked to order, as ordered, which is unusual at some places. The fries were perfectly crispy. The service here was fantastic. You have to order at the counter but they bring the food to your table. We were pleasantly surprised when they came back and checked on us and refilled our drinks. We do not get to Davis often, but from now on, Froggy’s will be on our list of places to be sure to visit.
I don't mind spending money but that wasn't worth ur bucks.. to expensive and not good enough for me
The Cajun burger was amazing and so was the service! We had our puppy with us and we sat outside. They offered a water bowl and dog treats. ASTOUNDING!
This place has 2 out of 3.Good food, good ambiance, bad fast food style service.(Good wings and hamburguers)Following the trend after COVID, what used to be a place with 3 out of 3 stars now charges for the bill and ASK FOR THE TIP upfront. You order at the bar, you pick up your food at the bar, they serve on paper plates, no body ever checks if you need anything, if you actually need something you have to get up and get it... and that is why they ask for the tip upfront. Either offer a selfservice (with no tip) or provide a table service and get the usual tip. Am I the only one who thinks that way?
Pictured: California ChickenBest burger I've ever had. Lightly toasted and so savory, and doesn't sink in the stomach like most burgers do :') Salad was fresh as well.10/10 would come again

Outside seating is great with screens all over for watching sports. They are very serious with covid which is good, calling out people that are too close. Wait staff was really nice, pretty fast food, good quality food but our burger was a little undercooked for medium, and the fries were really good. Not the best in town but I recommend.
