Ordered online the day before and selected 10:30 am pick up time. Went there at 10:30 am and they are closed, operation time supposed to be 10:00 am. Called the other domino’s in Davis and they said they open that one instead of this one, ridiculous. I did not get any emails and messages regarding this, and they made me pay it one more time regardless of the fact that my online order was there, refund won’t come in for 5 days. Ridiculous place. Don’t go.
I didn’t even order any pizza from here and I got a bunch of calls from this place. In the voicemail they say they can’t make “my” pizza because of a lack of ingredients. I don’t care but stop calling me. I try to call back but no one picks up and you have to listen to a nonstop automated message about pizza deals. Please fix this and you made sure I’m no longer a Dominoes customer.
Pizza is good, but it takes literally 2h or more to deliver. My sons birthday was marked by the pizza arriving at the end of the party. I used to order here and it was great, my past experiences were horrible.
Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, the sauce was extremely great and had to be the best pizza I’ve ever had from any Dominos. The environment of the store made us feel like we were eating at home, the lady that served us was extremely great. I believe her name was Kylie she definitely needs a great praise for how she acted the entire time my girlfriend and I were eating and definitely made us feel more at home with how kind and respectful she was. We hardly ever get this great of a service anywhere we eat out. Would highly recommend coming in the lunch hour for great pizza! We will definitely be making a regular trip often to this Dominos.
02/01/2022, placed an order for lunch. Staff was very kind and communicated well when there was a minor inconvenience that occured. I am grateful for their time and effort.

TL;DR - Delivery wait times are ridiculous. It's nearly impossible to cancel your order when you can't do it online and no one answers the phone at the store.I've ordered from this Dominos before without issue, but I ordered from here last night and had probably one of the worst online delivery experiences regarding any business I've ever ordered from. After waiting an hour for my order, I looked online, and it was still being prepped. The estimated wait time was 2.5 hours at this point. I didn't want to wait that long, so I tried to find a way to cancel online. You can't do it. I downloaded their app to try to cancel there, and you can't do that either. I called the store SIX times (being hung up on twice), and waited on hold on and off for the better part of an hour. When I looked at this Dominos online it also suddenly said that it wasn't taking deliveries now, so I wondered if at any point I was slated to receive my order or if my money was lost to the ether. My girlfriend came home at this point and tried calling. After being hung up on, she got someone the second time, and they canceled my order.I know the pandemic has reduced the workforce for a lot of places. I don't blame workers for opting to not work for companies that don't pay them adequately, so I'm not blaming the people who didn't return to work on this shortage or increased wait times. What I find unacceptable is a business not choosing to take calls that might result in the loss of business and NO WAY to cancel your order or contact the business without physically driving to the store and canceling the order in person.
Ordered online today, waited an hour and saw that they are still preparing the order. Gave them a call, told me that they are currently understaffed and can’t do deliveries. Ridiculous. Will never visit again.
