This store has seriously gone downhill. Deliveries take multiple hours, pickup orders take at least double the quoted times. There’s no point ordering here as I could make a dough from scratch and make a pizza myself quicker than a delivery would take to get to me. I don’t know how the franchise owner doesn’t appropriately staff their restaurant, I have no idea. It’s not fair to the staff, or the customers who are forced to use this location instead of the other Davis location. Don’t waste your time. Take a pass on ordering from this location.
Tried to order 2 days in row didn't answer phone on 1st night and website was down 2nd night they said 2 hours for delivery and 1 1/2 for pickup. We were 1 block away
I really love their pizza! However , the delivery took 5 hrs and I still did not receive my pizza ! I had to cancel my order unfortunately.
This place used to be one of the better (and cheaper) pizza options in Davis. But the past several months have seen the quality severely decline. Ordered a pizza at 7:45pm today and there was no updates for 2 and a half hours. Store wouldn’t answer any phone calls and there was no way to cancel the order on the app.Hope things get better here in the future, but will be looking elsewhere for pizza in Davis going forward
I ordered online using a free pizza coupon I had gotten from previous poor service. 45 minutes go by and the tracker hasn't moved from "Prep", so I call the store. No answer, and a robot advertises to me for 5 minutes. I got fed up and went to the storefront. One employee said that my order was about ready and should be on the shelf any minute, so I waited. A few minutes later, someone came up to the register and told me that my order has been refunded and that I should see the money back in my account within 2 business days. I didn't ask for a cancellation or refund. I just wanted the pizza I ordered an hour ago.This was a waste of my time, and I have no intention of ordering from this Domino's again. Hope they can improve in the future, but I don't really care to find out.
I ordered twice last week online and it got cancelled twice. they wouldn't even pick up the phone to explain why. When I try to call the store today to check if they're delivering, they won't even pick up the phone. Just order from a local spot instead for a few extra bucks and save yourself the headache of trying to order with dominos. rotten experience all around for a simple hungry fella.

I really like Dominos. Their pizza is yummy and hits the spot. But it's a 3 hour wait time for delivery, on a weekday, probably because they are short on delivery drivers. The last few times I tried to order, they did not answer the phone. I'm sorry I had to cancel and get pizza from another place. Maybe next time.
Tried calling in MULTIPLE times and no one picked up. Judging by the reviews this sounds to be the norm despite them being staffed. Had to order pizza from another place
Very hit and miss place. Sometimes they do things on time. But at other times, esp on Fri and Sat, they can't handle the orders. I ordered online, was given 30 min wait, go there after 45 min, and was told pizza won't me started for another hour. Despite asking for my address, phone no, email address and credit card no, the manager said "we had no way to notify you of the delay".
