We have been wanting to try this location for a bit so today was the day. So many people we ordering the Bernardo Benedict we both decided to try it. The bread was far too toasted, to the point that even while using a steak knife it was difficult to cut through. We thought about asking for different bread, but there was a large line and we could not seem to get anyones attention. It might have been easier if the had been more hollandaise sauce, but there was just a bit. The hollandaise sauce was a bit on the bland side but ok. Ham was cooked well, not overdone and the potatoes were perfectly roasted. Overall it was okay but we wouldn’t order it again.
My friend and I had brunch here before going to the Michelangelo exhibit. The cooks weren't sure the eggs were antibiotic free, so I had the Belgian Waffle. It. Was. Excellent! We also had some good Bloody Marys. The staff were young, but friendly and sooo helpful. I will definitely be back, hopefully to have some eggs... I miss eating eggs when I'm out at a restaurant...All in all, this restaurant is wonderful.
We went for brunch on a Saturday and there was a line out the door but not a long wait, it only took about 10 minutes. I ordered the brioche french toast ($11) and it arrived covered in walnuts, apples, and with a side of syrup. It was lightly sweet and, frankly, nothing extraordinary. Just some good, hearty breakfast cafe fare. I found the portions to be a bit small for the price. We dined in and the tables were spaced rather close together, but the whimsical decor with bike spokes suspended on the ceiling next to alternating lightbulbs made the area seem spacious. Overall, a lovely place to catch up with friends while chatting over coffee and some classic breakfast/brunch choices that won’t fill you up but will satiate.
We went during Saturday Brunch time, so we got some yummy Bloody Marys to go with our breakfast. My waffle was perfection, and my friend Julie loved her breakfast too! The girls at the counter were sooo friendly and helpful! Thank You!
Lovely way to start the day! Huevos Rancheros, Kimchi Fried Rice (what???) ...awesome! coffee and carrot cake... fantastic! Cheerful and passionate staff!
Stayed at hotel various times, this time stayed 1 week helping my daughter. Restaurant food was handy and good, fair price for quality.
The food was pretty good. I got the salmon dish. But it absolutely wasn't worth the price. I paid around $35 for this and the salmon is tiny, that's not even one serving size
We got the burrito, kimchi fried rice, and hot chocolate. Did not expect the portions to be so big at its price point. Absolutely loved it.
I went there with a group of ladies for brunch around 10am. The service was terrible - the servers had an attitude because we wanted to move a table or two together so we could all sit together and they kept saying that they can, but they’re just trying to leave it for people to be able to sit down.. even though we’re paying customers and would’ve sat at the tables, whether they were together or not, so..? Throughout the whole meal, they kept having an attitude and were so annoyed with us for whatever reason. I got the Bernardo Benedict and the eggs werent poached - they were hard boiled. Overall, not impressed
Delicious salads! I got a half mixed salad and couldn't eat it all. Great prices too. Someone in our group ordered the grilled chicken breast sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was huge. And yummy! Service was quick too.
