Food quality is worse Burger King’s impossible BurgerCost is more than Veggie Grill’s (that small fries and drink I posted are almost $8.00!)Ambience is worse than a McDonald (see photo)It’s all self-service- so tip accordinglyVery disappointing experience.Definitely not going back (though I think that Davis doesn’t have good vegan options so this may be your only choice)

Probably one of the best plant based "fast food" chains in the area. Make sure to get the packed patch fries you won't regret it!!

I love veggie burgers. These were mushy and did not have an appealing taste. Also very expensive. The staff is really great...but I won't be returning til they figure the burger out.

I ordered the Patch burger with a shovel of spuds and side of Patch sauce ($13). Students at UC Davis get a 10% discount after showing their student ID! I dined in and enjoyed sitting outside in their patio area. There are plenty of indoor seating options too, but outdoors has a great atmosphere suitable for casual get-togethers. Very friendly staff and efficient service, fries and burgers were all freshly made on the spot. The cheddar on the burger was phenomenal and I liked how they packed in a lot of lettuce, it gave a crunch factor. What stood out to me were those fries, I'd gladly argue these are one of the best fries I've ever had. Definitely the best in this area! The fries were tantalizing: crispy, perfectly seasoned with a mixture of herbs and salt (the herbs are probably what gives it the "wow" factor), not a single soggy spud in the whole container. The fries were so good I went back just to get another one!Burger Patch is a wonderful option not only for vegans but for everyone hankering for a delicious, reliable burger joint that is fast food-like (minus the meat!).

Super energetic staff! Absolutely delicious and realistic vegan substitutes to everyone's favorite burgers and chicken sandwiches. Vegan mac and cheese is on par with normal mac and cheese. New favorite place to frequent as a vegetarian.

Great experience! Friendly staff and amazing vegan items. It felt nice having a whole menu of options like a regular otherwise non-vegan burger stop. Not to mention, a lot of their utensils are eco-friendly which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend. I haven't tried many of their burgers however my favorite is their crispy "chicken" burger!

I finally had the opportunity to try Burger Patch in Sacramento. I've been following this plant-based burger place on Instagram ever since my partner went to visit last year. And it was every bit as good as I hoped it would be. I LOVED the food! Hearing the owner talk about the values behind Burger Patch as a business and how they live those values is so admirable. They aren't just another business saying they care about the environment, or saying they believe Black Lives Matter, or that women should have equal opportunity to men, or that workers deserve a living wage. They're actually continuously finding new ways to live these values, and the staff get to participate in ideas of how to do that. As a result, Burger Patch pays good wages, 50% of their kitchen leadership are women, they were one of the first in Sac to come out with a statement after George Floyd and participate as a business in protests, and of course, they are saving animals and the environment as they are entirely plant-based. THIS is the type of business that I am absolutely thrilled to support. If you're ever in Sacramento, you 100% MUST try Burger Patch!

very tasty burger and cherry lemonade

I've been going to burger patch since they were a pop up.The family was hungry from a vacation trip and wanted to stop at this location.I ordered online. The order was placed about 20 minutes away from the location.I arrived and let them know that we placed an order online. They said it wasn't quite ready yet.I sat for awhile and saw other people getting their orders. The staff was also packaging up to go orders.I finally got the courage to ask if they were sure my order wasn't ready. It was and it was under the counter. The staff apologized and helped me carry my order out to my table but I was a tad disappointed.I'd go back, just be more aware of what they were saying was done and not done.Be careful about online ordering at this location.

* basic Mac - good* double cheeseburger - great* chocolate shake - good* chicken tenders - decent flavor but too soft. the patch sauce was very goodFully vegan place! Would be good if they had at least one healthy option though.
