Everything went up a dolarge.The portions are way smaller. Had to use the touch screen to order while the workers leaning against the soda machine. Everything was mushy like it could be served through a straw in an old folks home. Watery soda.Paid for EXTRA onions... got none. I said I wouldn't go again. Now I remember why.
Great costumer service & super fast
I ordered from the Uber Eats for Taco Bell, but I only received the tacos and not my drink. I like the food, but both the employees of Taco Bell AND Uber Eats drivers need to double check on the orders and make SURE that all of the items of the customers are there and NOT MISSED.I use to work at a fast food restaurant so I find this hiccup unacceptable. Please PLEASE make sure you check EVERYTHING before handing them out to the Uber Eats drivers, and that goes for them to vice-versa.
I really appreciate this location, this store is always clean! In addition, the manager has excellent customer service. We had a mishap with an order and he immediately called me to remedy it. When we came in, he personally made our food. This is our go-to Taco Bell!
They are super slow now. They spend all the energy on the drivethru over priced

promptly and courteous service at this location. no problems experienced, clean overall and quite presentableAmended review for the covid era. Management has a major issue. Visited recently and was mortified and the hygiene standards. Due to covid, this location prepares all beverages instead of letting customers do it themselves. Great idea...IF the staff all wore gloves. Witnessed a young cashier handle cash with bare hands then immediately prep a drink with an uncovered straw for a customer. No hand sanitizer during any of this. It gets worse: the customer in front of me was of at-risk age for covid, easily over 70. Since taco bells are franchised, i tested a theory at two other locations, and the problem is here. If management reads this, please take action. Everyone else, if you frequent this place, keep tour eyes open for unsafe practices.
First off, Taco Bell is great. It's been a huge thing in my family and we go there all the time. Now that we got that out of the way I just wanted to say that I gave this review a 4 star because of the Double Decker Taco. My family and I LOVE the double decker taco. But, about a year ago, it was taken off the menu. Sure some would say that they have a different version of it but honestly that version is really not the greatest. The Double Decker Taco is by far the greatest thing on the menu (when it was on the menu). If Taco Bell will ever acknowledge what I'm saying then if the item comes back just give it a try. Maybe you'll like it as much as I do. Please. Taco Bell just respond to this. You don't have to bring it back if you don't want to but at least tell me. P.S. I also run the Twitter account Bring Back The Double Decker Taco. Maybe if you just bring back the double decker taco for a bit to see how it does back on the menu then I will raise my review to a 5 star. Thank you so much for reading this.
