Great location but closes every day by 11 am. I walk over from work and it’s closed each time I walk over. Shame to have one downtown if it’s not even open. don’t waste time and go to the Basque Boulangerie cafe across the street, the Brazilian cafe next door, or Sideboard
I had to ask the staff to remake my vanilla latte...no vanilla! Sunday afternoon and they closed down at 2pm with no notice or signs...many would-be customers were disappointed ?
Employee shortage, too many customers. They missed my orders and need to remind then several times. Not mentioned the cleanliness of the tables.
This place needs a serious cleaning. The tables and counters are always filthy. When this Starbucks first opened, it was so clean and lively. It's now dirty and dreary. Things are messy and unorganized, the plants in the pots are half-dead, and the outside seating area is very unwelcoming. There are dead leaves and trash on the ground (and super gross tables that look like they haven't been cleaned in months). The staff makes no effort to clean anything or make it anything look nice. It's really disappointing. I should have taken photos to post - I was just there and decided to leave because it was just kind of gross looking in there. I hope management reads this and decides to give the place a good deep-cleaning and train staff on how to maintain the place better.
Clean, masks required & sanitizer. Had Vietnam Da Lat coffee. Not featured at Vallejo's Starbucks.✌???♀️
My favorite starbucks around my area. If I want any special starbucks reserve menu, this is my go-to place. My favorites are iced dark chocolate mocha and affogato.
They were closed for over a week. Don't live in the area. So won't be back
The Starbuck Reserve is a cute little shop in a serene town with nice architectural domes and picturesque window frames. Friendly service and delicious drinks.
First experience at a Starbucks Reserve - initially a bit overwhelming to decide on a fancy beverage but the staff were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic coffee.
Stay away from this store. They will lie about your food and your drink. I have ordered mango dragonfruit refresher so many times. And when I ordered with this store today, they gave me the blank drink without any mango dragonfruit in it and said this is what I ordered. I refused to take it and said this drink wasn’t what I ordered. This kid doesn’t even know what he is talking about. No sorry and very rude. The worst Starbucks store I ever encountered. Never again.
