Service was great. We were seated immediately and our orders were taken promptly. There wasn't much of a wait before the food was brought out. I ordered the Salas of the day with Salmon, wings (too spicy for me) but my cousin loved them, and the chicken breast biscuit sliders, which were my favorite.Be careful when eating outside. We sat on the sidewalk table and there were several bugs that came from above onto our table.I'll definitely go back again.
Service was great, 5 stars, the food was good, 4 stars. We ordered off the happy hour menu, the $1 oysters were decent, had a shell chunk in one of mine. The tostada had a good flavor, fried cauliflower was alright, some were soggy and others were better fried. We ordered the wagyu beef sliders which were okay, my fries were soggy but my companion enjoyed theirs. For dessert we ordered the lemon meringue which was good, the meringue was quite well done!
This was my first visit to Revel, I met a local friend who suggested it for lunch. Everything was delicious! I couldn't find exactly what I wanted and the server was fantastic at making recommendations for substitutions. I was very happy!!
Really amazing food and the staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable and just overall present a friendly, inviting and helpful vibe. The chicken biscuit sliders might be the best brunch-like dish I’ve ever had. Thanks!

Outstanding. The wife and I went for lunch today and the service and quality of food was outstanding. The staff at this restaurant are very professional, friendly, and have a good knowledge of the items on their menu. My wife had the Crispy Local Cod sandwich and I enjoyed their Pulled Mary's Chicken Tostados. We also shared a side of their delicious Trufffled Fries. It was an experience with wonderful cuisine and our server made our lunch outing that more enjoyable. We also enjoy going to their original restaurant, Cafe Esin in San Ramon for dinner as well as lunch. We had not been to Revel in recent times but this will be a mainstay for us to enjoy lunch or dinner as Cafe Esin has been and will continue to be. We are so pleased that the owners have survived these pandemic times and continue to offer the same quality and consistency in food and service from which they have built their reputation over the years. We have to soon try their newest restaurant that is in Lafayette, Social Bird Kitchen & Bar. Bon Appetit.
Revel Kitchen & Bar service hours made us choose this place initially. They don’t have mid day breaks.It is also strategically located in the center of Danville.The menu is pretty simple which we appreciate because it was semi easier to choose. Semi easier because there were so many other things in the menu that we like too.We ordered the two sliders in the menu and requested truffle fries on the side. Their truffle fries is generous and “dangerous” lolOn the lamb sliders, we requested chef choice and they went for medium rare. It was great.The Mary’s chicken is delightful.There were only 2 in a slider than the usual 3 but it is best portion for the 2 of us.I gave it 4 stars because I had to walk to get the waiter for an order. Other than this, the service is great.For some reason, water was extremely good here.
