I never waste my time writing reviews, but for this, I had to. I see a lot of bad reviews at this place about management, etc, but nothing much about the food. I went through the drive thru so I didn’t experience any manager service. However, I ordered a double quarter pounder, and right when I opened it, I was shocked. I thought “wow it looks exactly like it does in the picture for once. And the beef even look juicy and full of color and flavor.” Then I tried it… and good god was i right. I don’t know what McDonalds is doing differently now, but this is somehow the best McDonalds burger I’ve ever had. It somehow tasted alot like barbecued or grilled steak. My mom even said her nuggets tasted like they used to back in the day. I knew i had to try them. And again, she was right. I didn’t realize the nuggets had changed taste over the years. I just thought I liked them a lot less. However, because I saw a review that said this place is a “hit and miss”, I’m not saying the food will always be like this, but I am definitely going back to try it again!
Clean building and good sandwiches. There is a door code for their restrooms.
Repeated mistakes and omissions with orders here. Absolutely ridiculously bad at filling orders correctly. At least 4 out of 10 orders had a problem in my experience here.The nuggets are good though.
The manager Derin is very rude with a bad attitude just like the other reviewers say. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I ordered a McChicken with no mayo and the manager chuckled as he handed me the bag. I got home just to realize there was mayo all over my sandwich. I came back to the store pretty upset since I had just driven 30 minutes and all the manager offered was a free apple pie, not even for the sandwich to be remade.
Store manager attitude is horrible, just say cannot do anything about coupon applying wrong and not willing to solve at all with a i dont care type of toneOthers stores i have been to would be quick to think of a solution to help out. Horrible customer services
had the travis scott meal 1 year and a half ago. he kinda sorta killed some people so that isnt good
Most disrespect I've been treated with by any establishment. They say they're open until 2 AM here on Google and on their website. They even have a sign in front of the place that said open for drive thru. Tonight at 1 AM there were four of us sitting in the drive thru waiting to pick up doordash orders and online orders, a lot of us waited until 1:30 honking, knocking, waving, saying "ma'am are you guys closed? We're trying to pick up our orders" and as soon as they'd hear or see us they'd avoid eye contact then walk out of sight for a few minutes then come back right in front of the windows, right in front of our faces, wiping the equipment down but still not opening the windows to even tell us if they were going to give us the orders or not. They were literally inches from us and could hear all of us loud and clear but refused to say anything? Based on many reviews it seems like really close for orders at 12:30, not 2 AM. Why are they lying? So I just spent 40 minutes sitting there with both the woman at the first window and the man at the second window blatantly ignoring me and multiple others when I was trying to ask to pick up the order. They could've at least told all of us waiting that we could leave because they were refusing to fulfill orders. They should be taken off of doordash and disabled their mobile ordering during this time if they're not even open. How ridiculous!!!
I've eaten here weekly for almost 15 years.Always ordered in the drive thru & the food is always hot & fresh and recieved exactly what I ordered. This is amazing compared to other McDonalds that I frequent. Thank you, Blackhawk McD's!Keep up the good work!
It's not that I dislike this McDonalds, but it is a Hit and Miss place. Sometimes the place is like a commercial scene, then my next visit sucks. Bad service, food order incomplete, acting like asking for extra sauce is too.much to do, etc...
Waited for 10 minutes on the counter. No response given by workers. They are busy on drive through orders. Walked out without ordering breakfast.
