Why does your phone number go to a fax? So people can’t reach you when there is an issue? And why would you cancel a delivery order after waiting a half hour, claiming you’re out of the ingredients for your most common sandwich, the Matt Cain and a kids turkey??

Nice location, great service, a huge and varied menu with vegan options. The sandwiches are high quality, among the best I have had. Definitely reminds of of great sub shops from the 70’s east coast and west. Traditional options with creative and inventive choices too.
Sandwiches are good but the wait times are often long even when no other customer is in the place. Not sure if this a staffing issue as I can only see 1 person who works the cashier and then makes the sandwiches or some error with the employees not being familiar with the menu. The place is clean and offers indoor dining, however I avoid this place when I'm in a rush.
Wound up coming here from a co-worker's suggestion and it was well worth it.If you aren't comfortable with more unusual dining spots, maybe don't bring your mother for lunch, but if you want a helluva good sandwich? This is the place.Not only do they have tons of options, there's also vegetarian and vegan styles for many of their sandwiches, if that's your dig.
Matt Cain with extra dirty sauce is where it's at! Ike's never disappoint and my favorite sandwich shop! Staff is always friendly too.

This is quickly becoming one of my go to spots for a sandwich, especially in an unfamiliar area. Huge menu and selection of sandwiches, not to mention the dutch crunch rolls are amazing.
If Danville were to be identified by a signature dish, that dish would be a sandwich. And you ain’t getting a better sandwich in town anywhere but here.
