I got a taro milkshake with boba with my father along with a grape lemon slushy! I liked my drink and my Dad didn’t have to pay vey much! We had a great father-daughter outing there! We consider coming back next time.
Not the best experience. I got 30% sugar, and the milk tea was already overly sweet. The service wasn't that great either. The cashier was rather rude, and it took 15 minutes to get 3 cups of milk tea, even with no one else in the store. However, the store itself was pretty neat.
Really good customer service and the drinks here were great, the young man behind the counter was very nice and we even exchanged names, give triton a raise!
!!!! DO NOT BUY MILK TEA AT THIS STORE FOR YOUR KIDS!!!!Yesterday, I bought a large milk tea for my daughter. She drank it without any symptoms at first, and I was happy. For a while.At around 11 PM yesterday, she started having the shivers, stomachache, and hardness to breathe. She couldn't get any sleep at all last time and was afraid to die. She is still ahving symptoms now! DO NOT BUY!
Great store and customer service. I placed an order but they got the sweetness/milk wrong but were kind to help me. The drinks are good and tasty overall
In my experience, the staff were really friendly and understanding, even when I gave them a $50 bill for a $5 drink because I had nothing else on me. I was worried they’d be mad but they accepted it and it was a huge relief. The drinks are really delicious and it s a good price! I honestly really want to work here in the future and will come back often!
Recently, just stopped by and tried it. Fresh lemon tea. Friendly service, and the cashier paid attention to explain the product. I will came back and check it again.
Happy that there is milk tea shop in Blackhawk area. Nice staff, friendly service, cleaning area. I orders the milk tea and the mango lemon slush. Pretty greasy and sweet we’ll. Definitely I will go back to check it again.
So I ordered a passion fruit mango green tea with lychee jelly and mango boba which ended up being $11.25 so I gave them $12 and they ask where the 25¢ then we said we didn’t have any. After we paid and got our drinks they didn’t give me my mango boba then my sister got her drink they claimed they only do large for the passion fruit green tea that my sister got and I got a medium that looks like a small. But the passion fruit mango green tea was good tbh.
New staff is very rude and unresponsive.
