I waited 2 hours and didn't get my order. There is no way to call and talk to a human. The call goes through some automated system that seems designed to stop your order.I would give these jokers negative stars if I could.After 2 hours, I went down and they were freaking closed. I cannot even get a refund until they are open. What a joke.You guys stole my money.The owner asked me to call the generic number that provides an automated response. This number does not go to your store directly.How are you still in business.
Ordered online. The $5.99 each for 2 or more items is a great deal but you get hit with additional charges….so the $5.99 can baloon to $10 or more quite easily. But it is still a good deal for a pizza that is quite good.However, the ohilly steak topping I ordered was almost absent from the pizza, which was quite disappointing.When we asked for crushed red pepper and grated Parmesan, we were handed a small container of crushed red pepper (which was new and nice), but we’re told that Dominos stopped providing the grated Parmesan as it was considered to not be “cost effective!Say what? Since when did Pizza companies stop providing those packets of shredded Parmesan??!!
Awful experience. This isn't the first time. We've had an XL pizza delivered from them before and it was the size of a medium pizza delivered in an XL box. See picture. Today we had an XL pizza delivered with literally a piece of pizza missing. This may be the worst pizza delivery experience i've had. Buyers be aware.

I always order the exact same thing, which is a 14" thin crust with extra sauce, garlic, onions, and roasted red peppers. But due to a computer error, not my fault, they gave me a cheese pizza instead. It came through to the pizza employee as a cheese pizza, even though I clicked on all of the boxes to make it the kind of pizza as stated above. I argued with the pizza employee about it and the said that it was my fault, which it was not.
I ordered online. It said 30-40 minutes. It's now been an hour and fourty five minutes. I can't get a hold of anyone at the store. Horrible service
Possibly the worst dominos ive ever ordered from. Years ago it used to be semi decent but I’ve ordered a week ago and had to wait an hour and a half for my 2 pizzas to arrive. Didn’t mind it then thought they’re usually pretty quick so I gave it another chance. Ordered again today and I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours for 2 pizzas once again. Still haven’t gotten them. If someone can explain why this is happening i woukd appreciate it. Tried calling and no one there will pick up just like last time.Update : went to the store to pick them up and there was one worker there. He gave me 5$ out of the tip jar to oh for me picking it up. I want him to get the 5$ I tipped and not have it taken out of his money. Owner and other assoaciates no where to be found. I do not blame the worker they’re but the others who left him alone to make pizzas. Horrible store and I’m sorry for the workers there.
3 hours later, 5 phone calls and a visit to the store. Pizza delivered cold! Very unprofessional!!!Will never order domino’s anymore after 10 years of being a customer!!
I order online a lot; the pizzas are always perfect and the delivery staff is great. The few times I’ve come in to the store, for pick up or to order, they have been very nice and get everything done well.
Great pizza, sandwiches, pasta, and deserts! Order tonight and enjoy your take out with a show or film you like! Don't forget the wings!
