take your money elsewhere. the staff is super rude(exept for the larger gentleman) especially the manager who is downright unpleasant. this place gives the most laugable portions ever literally a couple bites worth of rice, When you ask for more rice, they try to upcharge you even though it clearly states on the website that extra rice is free. Overall a 0/10 definitly needs a new manager and some better portions literally dont come here(this review is based off of many trips btw, not just one
I was treated horribly. I am always terrified to go back in to the restaurant in fear of being yelled at and humiliated again. First, I was trying to ask if you could add meat into a quesadilla meal. I know masks really muffle things, but I was practically yelling and they still couldn’t understand me. This wasn’t an elderly person either. They were a teenager. Anyways, so once their coworker took over, I was still trying to ask if I can add meat into a quesadilla, and I just kept getting asked, “burrito or bowl?” I tried explaining that I wanted two of the kids quesadilla meal, but it just wouldn’t go through their heads. So they glared at me and told me to be quiet. Then they went in the back and got the manager, I believe. This one was an elderly lady. So I say I want two quesadilla meals, one with steak in it, one without. So I finally am able to build one of my quesadilla meals, with the manager being rude the whole time. But then she rings me up and tells me the total. I correct her saying that I wanted two. She gets very frustrated with me. She yells at me and says “GOD give the girl what she wants”, makes a hand motion like she’s swatting me away then leaves to the back. So the second employee comes and makes my steak quesadilla meal and that was the end of my visit. I will be extremely reluctant to ever go to this location again.
i got there and it said online order only so i did it online only to receive a bowl that had very little food in it. the lady also asked me to show proof of vaccination and she didn’t ask the other white people for theirs until i looked at them and then at her. also they had no forks. the bowl tasted kinda weird too.
The flavor is decent, but they put such a small amount of meat in the tacos. Way more beans than anything else and the service wasn't rude but not really friendly either. I will never return. Put some meat in the tacos!!
Hit or miss. Half the time my order is prepared right and tastes great, the other half of the time it’s missing ingredients and I have to request a refund.
I love Chipotle but this is the worst run Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Slow service, always out of something. Really needs new management to get their staff in order. Embarrassing for the brand.
Horribly slow, they worry more about mobile orders then the 20 person deep line waiting to be helped.

Restroom access was denied. Chipotle employee said that plumbing in the restroom is broken. When I asked another employee, she said that restroom is closed for the employees safety. This continues for a few weeks.
