Awesome place first time and plan return. Service was outstanding and the food was excellent. Chose to sit outside and was a beautiful experience.
Really nice outdoor garden for lunch. I have a big stomach but this one makes me full. Fish is very fresh also. Love it.
The Service was great. The food was delicious. We ordered a dragon roll and 2 bento boxes, one sake and one rootbeer. My husband's salmon melts in your mouth. My ribs was flavorful. The Calamari with Jalapenos was ok . Total bill with Tip. 109.00. The food was Yummy. We will definitely return.
Nice, local place. Lots of choices and the food was not only tasty but also beautiful! The only reason I didn't rate a 5 is because they were badly understaffed and they took 20+ minutes to take our order. However, once the order was submitted, the food was served quickly. Will definitely return!

While our stay in Danville, our whole family went to Akira Bistro for Japanese food. The restaurant was highly recommended by our host in CA. We tried several veg and non-veg dishes, starters and main course along with Nigori Sake and Bear. I am vegetarian, tried all veg dishes ordered including the famous Sushi. Wonderful food, good taste, prompt service and a surprise free dish at the end makes a complete family lunch for us. This restaurant rates are not high as compared to other nearby Japanese restaurants. Do not forget to book the table/s.
