Originally I wanted to give this Habit location a bad review because they forgot to put grilled onions on our burgers. That alone makes the burger; without it it’s actually not a great burger. Instead of leaving a bad review I reached out to Habit on Instagram, and within a couple hours their customer team had sent an email apologizing and offering us some vouchers for our disappointing experience. And this is why we loooove Habit! They take care of their customers! And that’s why we will keep coming back.

We went to the Laguna Hills location and got an amazing Burger!!!Typical High-End Burger ? is big enough for two to be satisfied!!!Ken Plake took me to my first Habit experience in Fullerton and consistencyis part of this franchise’s qualities!The Fries are much better than budget fast food!!!
Habit is always good. Great burgers and salads. Service is not fast because food is cooked when ordered.
The Ceasar, barely any lettuce and drenched in sauce, unedible. But clearly the receipt says no sauce. I know The Habit can do better. This was my only meal for the day, as I had just tested for Covid. So, it was Negative! That was a good thing. The burger was, okay. I think I'll stick to the shakes, they are yummy!
Horrible! Expensive! Like having a McDonalds! Don't bother!!! Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 onion ring. The cost was around $16 bucks! Onion rings (got about 6...burnt!). Nasty place! Keep Imodium tablets handy if you want to try it.
Great food, quality made which is why there is a wait at the drive thru - but well worth it. Staff here are clean and very friendly. They also have good salads and healthier choices.
I think this place has changed ownership recently and it has gone downhill fast ! I had a bad experience inside the restaurant a few weeks ago with fries that Were cold and sent back and Then they proceeded to give me fries that weren’t cooked all the way . The staff used to be really friendly and now they won’t even talk to you. They’ve done away with their plastic bags which makes no sense since greasy food soaks through paper bags and it seems like they’re trying to save money at any cost like keeping their condiments behind the counter. The music Inside this restaurant has changed also it used to be classic rock and now it’s a soul music. So today I decided to give them one more chance and I went through the drive-through at 12:26 am . Well my fries were cold once again And the Hispanic girl at the drive-through shoved my 2 Santa Barbara chars in a small paper bag . Of course turning them sideways made the hamburgers fall apart and the bag was leaking at the bottom before I got home. I asked her for two large ranch and she didn’t even acknowledge me and I wasn’t surprised when I came home there was two small ranch in my bag . She proceeded to give me a dirty look and never displayed any effort to talk to me. She had a plastic water cup asking for tips as you drove up to the drive thru window. My advice choose another Habit Burger location!!.
I love habit but the employees here have a bad attitude. You pull up to pay they don't even say a word to you just grab the money. Also just try to hand you the food without a word. Maybe they're mad the work at a fast food joint but don't take it out on the customers.
Always been one of my favorite hamburger takeouts. But this particular day it wasn't very good I was extremely disappointed. The line to get to the takeout window- I was there a good 20 minutes and there weren't that many cars, the french fries were terrible and the burger was a little bit debatable to. But I will go back again I just think it was probably a bad day
