Im from Seattle and my first impression of all California starbucks is these drive thru line times are terrible. In Seattle the lines are rarely longer than 5mins.
Coffee is complete garbage. Stale beans that make a terrible coffee that tastes bitter and acidic. Most people don't notice because they order Milkshakes that only have a dash of coffee. But to anybody who actually wants a cup of coffee don't come here.
Went to get my cup of coffee this morning. In a great mood. Ordered a Quad Expresso, in a venti cup, add oat milk (70 cent charge) , with caramel, and sweet cream foam. Simple drink. Instead of making my drink like a asked, the barista took it upon herself to give me a splash of oat milk ( which is free ) and fill my cup with sweet cream foam. I don’t want to drink a cup of expresso and sweet cream foam stupid girl.
Ocean adjacent location for this no interior Starbucks (drive through and walk up only.) No seating of any kind.
I love starbucks, but there should be surveys on their app. Sometimes, my hot drink is cool, or the taste isn't good ? too late after you left @ $5 a cup...
Starbucks is always good, except when they give you a drink you did not order. But you drink it anyway.
What a cute set up for this starbucks...Has a walk up window to order and pick up. Staff was friendly.Also has a drive through and quite busy if I might say.Close to the Dana point harbor so plenty of exploring areas.

I don't really understand why the bad attitude, you are already overspending on coffe so why the long face and why the lack of service? This is a love/hate relationship that I don't need nor want to have.
