Most disgusting bathroom on planet earth. Man has been around for thousands of years, this Starbucks has managed to create the most disgusting bathroom EVER. I will never be back and I truly hope this store goes out of business. I am also not expecting the employees to have to clean that bathroom as no human should be subjected to that…ever.
Absolute trash. Customer service 0. Im not a person to put reviews but the employees here are so rude that ruined my whole day for me. The tall boy with long blonde hair working there had no good attitude what so ever. He didn’t even said hi or you’re welcome to our thank yous ( which is #1 rule of customer service)And he threw my food in front of me with no respect at all! I’m a really friendly person. But this was a disaster experience and never coming back here!
My boyfriend went inside about 25 minutes ago when no one else was inside and ordered. There were four separate orders that came in after him, ordered, and got their coffee before he did. Can’t help but wonder if it’s because he’s wearing non-California sporting attire

Ordered two drinks and one wasn't up to the normal Starbucks standard. When I asked how they made the drink and if they could remake it, I was offered to have ice added to top it off. That didn't resolve the flavor difference of the drink and I asked kindly if they could remake the drink. I was met with resistance to have a new drink and after asking multiple times, the barista said she would remake it and would like to toss out the initial drink. The second drink was made with more milk and didn't even have an espresso flavor. The barista was not very understanding, told me to order a latte next time, gave me an attitude, and honestly gave such poor customer service. Needless to say, this was not an ideal interaction at a Starbucks and I asked for a refund for my drink. I wasn't offered anything other than judgement for this and I guarantee I will not be back to this location.
