Horrible service. Did not call out food nor drink orders. Extremely disorganized!!! Made my orders incorrectly. Will sending email to corporate!!!

It was a bit odd when I asked about light blend cappuccino, my shop assistant did not understand what I wanted. It was even more odd when the other assistant asked me if I just wanted more milk in my cappuccino. It’s ok if there are new people that just started working in the coffee business as a trainee, it’s not ok when there are no people in the entire shop getting the concept of roasting coffee beans (having different flavor as the result) to make a coffee drink

HOURS UPDATED: 6:30am-2pmI was late to work because I ordered a mobile order pickup that I could not cancel and the location didn’t even open until 6:30. I start work at 6:30! The app wouldn’t let me cancel my order, so I had to decide between losing the money or being late. It wasn’t even ready when they opened either, so I still had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Made my morning incredibly stressful.
5 stars because the employees always provide 5 star service. Always welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
