My family has been coming here for generations. It's a great place to have coffee, ice cream or a sandwich / snack and watch the harbor.
Customer service is non-existent. I was first in line to buy some prepacked flavors. When the gal with 4" pink long nails asked me if she could help me I told her I wanted to buy some prepacked ice cream to take home. The owner of the shop was behind the ice cream case talking to someone without acknowledging any customers coming in. The gal said she would help someone else and not me. Hmmm, I was going to buy at least $50 worth of ice cream to take home.I walked away. If the owner is reading this please know that Asians are customers also and willing to buy your goods.
Stopped by mid-afternoon and got a kale smoothie. This drink was really good! Service was quick and polite. I would return!
I would like to tell the owner that the name of their business doesn’t match the website in map quest.There was nothing label regarding gluten free ice cream. When I asked if they had gluten free ice cream. The young man had to find out what was gluten free.After looking over the options and decided the safe ones. Unfortunately, I picked out the wrong one. I had a stomachache after eating it in five minutes.My suggestion is for the owner to have individual scoops for each ice cream container to prevent any contamination.Specially the water container.Otherwise it was a nice place to eat a treat there.
Wacky setup, where you have to stand in two different lines to get food and then coffee. Our bagel was great and they split it for us to share. The coffee, which is what we really came for was just ok. Cal now requires masks, but this place seemed to care less about the state mandate, no signs, nothing. This is a great setting, but might look elsewhere for coffee next visit.

Didn't see "Scoop Deck" anywhere but luckily the pictures matched. Ice cream was delicious and there were many flavors to choose from!
This is a cute little ice cream shop down on the harbor and the staff is very nice and made me a custom banana strawberry milkshake.
