Anytime your in the neighborhood and you want the very Best Italian food and great spirits and impeccable service to match go here you will not regret it.

Sadly this former neighborhood gem has lost its luster. The Godfather Pasta was greasy and the Alfredo Sauce was completely broken. The Farfalle Al Salmone tasted fishy and salty not anywhere near what it used to be. We ordered a Pizza Appetizer with 1/2 sausage and 1/3 pepperoni. It was overcooked and doughy. Our guests who have also been long time patrons had a similar reaction to their entrees. How very sad. The wonderful neighborhood culinary experience of the days when Nik owned Casanova are long gone. The place was almost empty on a Thursday night. Perhaps that was a sign.

The food was good, and very large portions. We got several meals out of one entree. The wait staff were nice and helpful. The booths are cool and give a lot of privacy. The atmosphere is just a nice quiet Italian restaurant and it's perfect for a date night dinner.

8 of us - great meal, great service. My loss haven't been here before. I will visit again soon!

Always a warm and friendly vibe. The staff are excellent. Great cocktails and food.

This restaurant has been getting worse and worse over the year's. The staff is not as friendly as we remember and the food is honestly terrible. We have been eating here for years and after our experience this last year we will not be returning. Very unfortunate!

Unfortunately I did not have an opportunity to experience the dining so I can only give them a 1 ⭐️.Our server Meredith was very lousy and unprofessional to say the least. She seemed to have lost interest because we didn’t order drinks. We waited for almost 30mins without any service and then left. This was a blessing in disguise because we ended up at Agoustino which was beyond EXCELLENT. The restaurant atmosphere was very friendly and we felt like we were in Italy with the 83yrs owner Luigi in the kitchen …. Amazing!I am sorry Casanova management, food is very inexpensive and instead of saying “I am sorry” the least you could have done was invite us back. We are not looking for free food but you should never treat a customer like this.

The most rude and aggressive staff I have ever come across. The manager is uneducated with has no customer service skills . He jumped to a conclusion without even knowing the situation, which made him look like a complete jackass. I had been conversing with my girlfriend at the bar and this ignorant manager walks up and asks me if I know my girlfriend. Right off the bat I knew he was an incompetent idiot. The food maybe good but the staff need to be sent back to customer service school and the manager needs to be fired on the spot.

Wonderful ambiance and great service.

Oh my goodness!!!! Buyer beware! I was the first customer 20 years ago when Nik opened his restaurant. Many many years of excellent food and service makes us all miss this experience before Nik sold to the current owners. The food is terrible & it is always a gamble if the cooks will even read the order. I was so disappointed but had to laugh when I got my meal tonight that was written about as having a red wine reduction sauce. I ordered no carrots but potatoes & spinach instead. I got a plate almost totally covered in spinach & a big pile of carrots & no potatoes & the “red wine reduction” sauce was a fast food plastic cup of cold broth. These people are DELERIOUS if they think we don’t notice!!!!! Terrible food. Don’t go!!!
