Fantastic coffee - hands down the best we had on our month long travels in the US from Australia. Super laid back atmosphere and friendly staff - very happy it was walking distance from our rental.

Cute place. Good(kind of bitter) coffee. We're Purity Coffee fans to give you a baseline. The food is good-but the presentation and the wait for the food is completely NOT worth it. This is one of those spots where they're not a huge fan of their customers. We go a lot because we like the Farmers Market and the pet wash in the center. The people that work there are never friendly and not in a big hurry and more interested in talking to each other.
I prefer light roast, but I liked the medium they had. I really liked their breakfast bowl & they have extra large croissants.
Went last week on vacation. The staff was friendly. The coffee was ok, but not amazing. I bummed they didnt offer pourover which was what I was looking for.
The best coffee place we've ever been. Amazing customer service and all around amazing people! Would give more stars if I could! Plus coffee/Pastries were AMAZING.
I don't understand why this place is so hyped up. A small plain coffee is over $3 which is ridiculously over priced. Not only that, their coffee tastes like it has cleaner fluid in it, which I would know from cleaning out my kurig. Maybe if you guys taste test your own coffee you would understand what I mean because what you're serving to your customers is unsatisfactory. People are better off going across the street to the Buena Vista Market to get their coffee because of how little it costs and also because their large coffee is way more cheaper than your guys small coffee. Not only that, their coffee tastes more fresh and doesn't have the taste of cleaning chemicals in it. Also, all of my coworkers and clients who have ever gone to Bear Coast had nothing but complaints also. So, fix up your act Bear Coast Coffee or just take the Coffee out of the name for the sake of your other customers because I am not going back here again.

I love this cafe! Coffee is so good and especially I like matcha latte with the shot.I always visit when I go to San Clemente beach.
