The texture of the bagel and the service was good. The bagels are chewy and fresh. The cream cheese was also very creamy. I found the bagels too salty though. Not sure if this is characteristic of this store's bagels.I had a quarter of a strawberry bagel and a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese. An excessive saltiness and absence of any appreciable strawberry other than the hue of the bagel was disappointing, so I requested a replacement blueberry bagel, and they graciously obliged. The blueberry bagel shared the saltiness sadly.Both the strawberry and blueberry were drowned out by the saltiness of the dough. It's not extreme, but it disturbs additional flavors of the bagels.
My first time going into the Bagel Shack. I will definitely be going back. I ordered the veggie bagel and loved it. It was huge and came with a pickle. Game changer right there. They added bagel chips with I’m assuming Asiago cheese crisped on them ?? bravo. The staff was polite and looked as if they enjoyed what they were doing. I will be adding them to my lunch spots from now on. Kudos to management for paying attention to details.

Have not found ANYthing on the menu so far that I don't love when it comes to their bagel sandwiches.Learned of a couple bag sandwiches that are NOT on the menu like The Baja Malibu and The Wedge. Try to stop me from going back!!

Still the best Bagels you can get.They do not disappoint.Churches or Old Mans are some favs to try.The french toast bagel is a winner for the less savory minded eaters
