I bought a gift card because they had a get a free drink with a $25 purchase. At the time the attendant asked if I wanted physical card or on my phone. I opted for phone. It turns out that if you don’t have the specific text message and link to a QR code, they can’t look your number up. I got a new phone and didn’t have the text anymore. That means I just lost all the money on the gift card. They said there was nothing they could do. If you’re getting a gift card, don’t get a new phone or accidentally delete that message or you’re $25 down the drain!

I love coming here whenever I'm out this way! The brown sugar milk tea with boba is amazing, I usually add taro to it as well and substitute the oat milk. At 50% it is still a little sweet for me but still sooooo delicious
Good customer service and good teas!! The jasmine tea brown sugar with bobba and taro was not what I expected and in fact tasted like water down tea or very powdery ,but my daughter's brown sugar milk tea with Bubba was amazing, so we based our review on her choice. We will be back to try something else!
Recently opened location at westlake. Have not had the chance to try all the menu items yet. But for what we ordered they are good.
The first time I ordered, their paper straw broke at the very end of it. The 2nd time I order, they gave me 2 straws! They must have found out people might have problem with straws in some way and they took it seriously! Love this store :)
First visit a few days ago and got the Strawberry Mango Yogurt Ice with boba. It’s not overtly sweet and I enjoyed every drop. It is a bit pricier than other boba places but worth it for the quality & taste.
Tasty drinks, and friendly service , but the price is bit a higher.
