I like the food, but I ordered the milktea with less ice not less tea?. I asked the waiter why I’m getting the milktea with less tea instead of less ice. He was arguing with me with no shame. What a good customer service ???
Clean place, staff friendly and helpful. Ordered #4 Curry ? and it comes over a hot flame ? that you can adjust.The broth ? was really tasty, and it's loaded with items such as fish ball, lobster ball, imitation ?, ?, ?, green beans, etc., and comes with a side of ? or ?.At $17.50, it's a little pricier than I would like for the portion size, however, it was good quality ?. Comes with a sweetened black or green tea, so at least you don't have to order a drink.
the food was fine, had the lobster dish. might have been my taste buds at the time, but the broth was pretty subtle. if you're use to super salty/ sweet flavors, you may be find the soup to be bland. I'd try it again, after I clean up my diet.

Service here has always been iffy compared to the SF location, but I felt really safe here as the ordering is all online through a QR code and all the utensils are disposable and sauces are in disposable to go sauce cups.Overall, I'd come back as I love the food here and this location has tons of parking!

I have ordered online from this restaurant before and the food delivered was still very hot & tasty! Last night, I ordered Kimchi dumpling Hot Soup and the soup was luke warm, dumplings were undercooked/half raw, and the egg arrived raw & not as I requested. If I wanted raw dumplings & eggs I would have gotten them from my fridge. I had to recook the pot and that cooked the dumplings but the rest overcooked. Never order from this place again!
It's ok if you want a hot pot ready made. Many pots are ready to choose at least 8 or 9. At least $20 per pot.
The biggest thing that surprised me how FAST they got out our orders. They have a system that you scan the QR code on thr table and order your food from there. The hotpot itself was really tasty, but they didn't really give much meat or veggies even if you ordered extra. But if this is your first hotpot experience, it's not that big of a deal. If you're used to hot pot you may be a bit disappointed with portion size.I got the lamb pot and it was really good!
price on menu at window is totally different than QRcode menu, and portion was terrible. Price up, portion and quality down.
