Remodeling came out great but they sealed away the bathroom from the public.
It is very sad and shocking to see how this Starbuck was "remodeled" and gutted from what it used to be, it is a mere shell now. I remember spending my evenings there and even being there when Obama was elected. There is absolutely no reason to patronize this Starbucks now.
There is no drive thru this place close 8pm Saturday July 10th
The hours online says closing until 11:30pm so I drove from sfo airport from westlake Starbucks to get my wife a drink, workers are still inside but the door was close, so I called and let them know that closing is supposed to be 11:30 not 10 pm, person that I spoke to said they were short of staff but literally have 4 people working, i was so ? pls if you guys are planning to close early make sure online order is close , so people know not to drive.
I love that shopping center. It's a big place. It's clean they have this area with beautiful flowers and water falls.
#1 worst Starbucks. Extremely poorly managed because credit card machine constantly out of order. Prepare to only use cash or SB gift cards. Bathrooms are never available. Very dirty and no seats. Boxes are everywhere and not unloaded with products. Over worked staff that take it out on customers and very rude and impatient. Limited hours too and not open when they’re so supposed to be for some reason. I have no idea what happened to this location but it’s constantly the worst location. Avoid! There’s actually another Starbucks inside Safeway that’s maybe 2-3 stars but this one is the worst and heading downhill. Maybe it’s closing down permanently but they just don’t care there.
Hi Starbucks for being in SF I got wrong order I paid 25 for a sandwich and coffee never again
Location was great but horrible feeling not being able to use the restroom or eat inside.
My go to place. Even though I live in SF and I love my local Starbucks’s. It is easier to find parking at the Daly City location. Along with the excellent Indian food two doors down. And Whole Foods only a parking lot away.
Not the best starbcuks to go to. Poor customer service, the workers don’t pay attention to customers and are always talking among themselves.
