There is always something amiss with order either cold item or not ready. Some baristas are not friendly and helpful and some are super friendly. I only go here when I'm in the area and crunched for time.

The absolute worst Starbucks in the area. Mobile orders are always delayed and if you order in store your order is delayed. Hopefully they shut it down since we have a new drive thru at the mall.

Came in to pick up my mobile order, the team was swamped. But they were great at communicating the wait and apologized for the inconvenience. And the staff is always so friendly, greeting customers as they walk in. The baristas killed it!

Ordered decaf and got the opposite, I’ve been shaking for 3 hours after a few minutes of finishing my “decaf mocha”. They should know better, some people can’t have that much caffeine, doesn’t they can’t have coffee. That’s the point of DECAF.
Convenient for me as it's right next door to my bank. Staff are very friendly.
