This restaurant is one of my favorite places in San Francisco. It's super tasty clean, healthy and the portions are good too. Not to mention the service is very polite and if you go there often they'll remember you. I order so often I tend to get take out but when I have time to dine in I thoroughly enjoy the ambiance and my experience. It really sucks that this place has been closed ever since the beginning of the pandemic. I cannot wait until it is operating again.
Slow service. Had rolls and were good. Good miso soup. Good menu presentation.
Some serious issues with the attitude of the staff. Called the restaurant initially to ask if they offered AYCE, which they confirmed. After coming the next day and getting seated, AYCE option was asked for only for the waitress (who I assume was the owner) to say they didn't offer it. When told there was an explicit confirmation over the phone, she rudely snaps you must have called the wrong number (as a sanity check, when I looked through the call logs on phone, the number called was 100% the number of the restaurant). The sushi here was slightly above average, but to whoever reads this, there are probably better places to spend your money at.

I stopped coming to this place a year ago because of this one server whos a manager on her name tag whos having attitude but i came today coz im craving some tempura and this place is the closer one for me and that lady is havent change a bit still have an attitude and didnt even get my order right. I dont mind to pay alot but atleast have a good server.
I've eaten here twice and enjoyed both of my meals though I preferred the bento box to the udon as it was much more flavorful. I got the Saba and tempura for my bento box and really enjoyed both along with the complimentary miso. On the other hand, the vegetable udon was pretty flavorless and veggies seemed firmer than I would like. I've also tried a few of their rolls and they were all fresh though not particularly special. Overall it's a pretty solid place to eat.
Food was okay. Miso Soup was not hot .. It was just lukewarm. Not much to say about this place.
Really good Japanese food for a mall restaurant. The fish was fresh and well prepared, my bento box was great, and the udon bowl was large and delicious. Good prices, fast service and good interior decor.
The food and environment were good and the prices were ok, but could have been better for the location. The food portions were not bad and the flavor was ok for our taste. It is mostly seafood, so for me it was harder to choose, however, my daughter liked it a lot. Customer service was nice and the music enjoyable.
I ordered Tonkotsu ramen and it was exquisite. It came at a reasonable time and every table was equipped with extra spices if needed which I appreciated a lot. The price was good considering we also ordered to go. The service was great as my cup of water was refilled promptly. I 100% recommend
