Ordered takeout. The service is great from phone call to picking up the order, but the food wasn't good this time. We ordered 2 pounds of atomic medium shrimp, but the sauce was watery and not enough flavor. It didn't taste the same as it usually did a year ago.

Food was great! We got the Combo 3 with garlic butter and it was good for the 3 of us. Service was fast. Only missed an ocean view but the food and fun made up for it.
So delicious food far beyond from other seafood restaurants.. I always enjoyed eating there. And bring my family and friends.. most staff are polite and hard worker .. always leaving a good tip who serve us nicely.. thank you shaking crab … staff!.. ??!!
Terrible experience. Ate on paper plates, employees just stare at you, they don’t say hello or have normal courtesy or hospitality. Just very rude, and sloppy service. Never again will I eat here. Shrimps are not cleaned, and crab is extremely hairy. Garlic noodles were by far the worst I’ve ever had. I’m a foodie person and this ruined my whole day and I honestly didn’t feel well after I left shaking crab. Very disrespectful service. They don’t offer water and when you ask for it they roll their eyes and give you a bad attitude. My bf told them to take away the garlic noodles from the table and the first thing they say say is we are not removing it from the order which we didn’t expect in the first place. I would recommend never coming here based on the fact that they don’t clean their seafood and terrible customer service
My order was forgotten. I reminded the waitress about my order (the rest of the table was almost done eating) and she said my food was taking longer because the grill had to be really hot (seriously?), a few minutes later another waitress brings me my food and it's cold, not even warm. I sent the plate back but I suspect they just reheated my ribs, the meat was chewy.
The service is ok, but the food has no flavor and you can tell is frozen. We ordered 1lb of clams, crawfish and 2lb of shrimp. We had to send it back because it had no flavor, honestly it tasted like water down seafood. The garlic noodles are ok 5/10. NOTE: they don’t let you get 1/2 and 1/2, you are forced to get a entire lb of each.
Please offer more salad with prawn/shrimp choices, please offer pizza with more toppings, and hire more staff to serve customers. Other than than, we like your food. Thanks.
This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Great staff and great food always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives in Daly City or near by and even anyone who want to try seafood. Please give it a try you won’t regret it
every time this restaurant never disappoints! The food has great quality It smells wonderful in there all the time. Customer service is excellent, their staff is very friendly and efficient. I bring my family to the Shaking crab my Daughter loves this food in Daly City.
