The young cashier asian lady was really lazy. Does not have a good customer service. She’s lazy to put all your orders in a bag. The owner needs to know this. Please fire her.

This store Customer Service was really suck, today we order thg drink and popcorn chicken, waited 45 minutes. Buy the time popcorn chicken was ready they give all to others those are come later after we order so when we talk to the lady she was respond with Anger it make me really mad and we cancel our order.

I’ve been going there for about a couple of months now and The lady in the front with the short hair is always so welcoming and sweet. I come in, I order I get my stuff, and I’m out the door, easy peasy.

i don't know why the lady with short hair is still there! went here more than a couple of times and she’s always at the register! this rude a$z$ lady having tantrums look like she owns the place!! worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service. Ignoring the customer and stomping things around the corner. I was here for twice and both bad.

Bad customer service. Very rude for reheated food. We gave that trash to a person in need so it's at least not a complete waste of $$$

In defense of this place, i think a lot of people might have issues with the cultural difference. It isn't Japanese, American, or Filipino. It's comparable in service to a small dim sum place. They kind of want you to know your order before you get to the counter. I'll give you an example, when i get to the counter it's, "hello, could i get a jasmine milk tea with boba. Regular size." But when you stand there asking which one is better, what they recommend, or unsure what you want, i noticed both Dim Sum and this Quickly to run out of patience in a similar fashion. Personally, i don't understand not knowing what to order before you order. It irritates everyone in line and is inconsiderate. Ever been on lunch break running to grab food and you end up not ordering because 5 people took 10min to order? I think it's just this lady cashier isn't good at pretending to not be bothered by people taking forever to order.Now, constructive criticism. When too many people order either drinks or food, a few orders tend to get lost and they are asking to see customers' receipts to see what you ordered. They DEFINITELY need a better system to stop losing orders. Where this is worst is with the fried chicken. It takes 10-15min to cook. You wait 15min, they lost your order, and you have to wait another 15min, you're unhappy. I've seen this several times. That's why i don't order it when there's several orders in.

The CASHIER lady is very RUDE! If you’re not happy with your job just quit! She just got really BAD ATTITUDE! Or close your business! ??

Honestly whoever runs this franchise should not have a business. I've went here twice at posted opening hours with them being close. First time, I even saw the lady in there and she just waved me off.The service level is also consistently bad. Whoever works there looks like they are being forced to work.

This Quickly is ok. The music plays too loud and it is hard to hear the cashier. The cashier is a bit harsh when speaking but sometimes is nice. The food is freshly made so that's a plus.
