Not a great experience at all. The young woman taking my order had lots of attitude when I was placing my order. When I spoke to the manager about it the brushed it off.
I ordered bigger plate with UberEATS a couple hours ago today. It was too little and look like smaller than the regular plate. I can't believe it.
The food was great. I ordered the family plate and it was delicious. Oh my god. I don't know what else to say
It's hit or miss with this place. Ordered the beyond chicken and I am still feeling the disgusting taste. Would not recommend, go somewhere else.
Excellent food for a very low price, I loved their orange chicken and their honey shrimp, you can add a portion of chow mein and it is a complete meal for around $11.

Food was decent. Ordered chow mein, beef & broccoli (definitely could have used more beef), shrimp, & beyond orange chicken. Giving 2 stars only cuz the PORTIONS of each was HORRIBLE! Looked like portions for a TODDLER. Wondering if all Pandas give such small portions. Definitely wasn't the case a few years ago.
I come here in the night time to eat food with my wife, but I was disgusted by the cashier named MELANIE. She kept dropping soy sauce, fortune cookies, and forks on the floor. It was very dirty and she provided bad customer service. She would pick up the dropped items and put it in the plastic bags for the customer. So gross! The kitchen floor was dirty. Melanie is not careful, she always drops the items every time I come eat here. She is always rushing and does not hold things properly, always dropping it. She should not drop the items or pick them up from the ground and give it to the customer. She should throw away the dropped items. It was not a busy night where there were only 2 customers, but Melanie kept dropping the items. Melanie cannot sit in the front cashier if she always dropping food and stuff on the floor. She is not clean and very dirty to work in this department.
The chow mein is very short and has lots of oil. The fried rice and steamed rice is very dry and does not have a lot of oil. I would have to drink water because the rice is so dry! The cook did not put lots of oil in the rice making it dry. They put little food into the plates and only 1 spoon of meat. Some of the meat and noodles are cold. They mix the old dishes with the new dishes so some of the items are cold. Some of the vegetables are yellow and not fresh because they would serve it for over 3 hours. Very bad service.
The teriyaki chicken tastes nothing like teriyaki chicken.
