The food was really good, what we have come to expect. The service was great. It was my friend's birthday and they went out of their way to make her feel celebrated.
Once again, corned beef was dry, tough, cold. Cabbage was undercooked and tough. Asked for additional pats of butter, never delivered. There's nothing special about the Thursday special. They should take it off off the menu. Wife's Italian salad was half the size as the one served to her two weeks ago. Customer for over fifty years. Started as an Army 2LT at the Presidio, then a student at USF, then a businessman in Silicon Valley. Hate to see this happen to Joe's.
Joe's was always the go to place in Daly City. Today the booths were half empty. I guess the prices are getting a bit too much for the old clientele...
