Terrible customer service they are rushing paying attention to everything else but the customer in front of them; therefore, given you the wrong orders, long waits, expensive for the quality of food they serve, speaking on their own language around customers most of the time. If you want to seat down to have a pleasant meal, avoid this place, for is chaotic a circus. My impression they only care about the money they'll receive not the customer.

Items to avoid - mapo tofuItems deserving a second chance - eggplant claypotItems enjoyed - scrambled egg with shrimp, garlic sauteed pea sprout, preserved veggie with fatty pork (a bit lean but alright).Overall it's a solid 3.

We’ve been there with my friends from San Jose many times already bcuz they have the best dim sums and the service is good.

We got the hookup through a family friend so I can't say this experience applies to everyone, but we had a great time here. The portions were generous and everything was well executed. The stand out dishes were the beef ribs, double boiled soup, and salt and pepper crab. We ordered a few other things too that were good, but not any better than you could get from less expensive places.I personally love the kind of perfunctory service you get at these spots, but if you're expecting your servers to be super nice you might be disappointed. All in all I'm totally down to go again. This place is worth a shot.

Foods tastes are not consistent.Management needs to monitor closely for improvements or will go down Hill

Delicious chicken medicine soup, and pickled veggies with pork ribs with pan fried rice noodles. Big portions. Friendly service. Restaurant felt clean.

My wife's family had been going to this restaurant when it was still King Wah. The food was good at a reasonable price. Since the restaurant was (presumably) sold and remodeled, it is well lit, clean, and a bit upscale. We had dinner for 7 people with the following dishes: soup, soy sauce chicken, sweet and sour pork, pea sprouts, single beef rib with the meat pre-sliced and laid on top (unique and delicious!), lobster, shrimp with walnuts, and four bowls of rice. There was tea and a dessert of sweet red bean soup. The food was good but not outstanding (except the prime rib?). Total with tip and tax was $275.00 ($39+ per person)The food was good but in my opinion, overpriced. We also had dim sum for 9 people on another occasion with usual selections but plenty of leftovers for $400.00. That's the most expensive I've had for dim sum. Overall, good for special get togethers but not everyday fare.

Post-COVID Opening: Dinner Service. Their printed menu is small but they said if you can name the dish the kitchen can cook it.

a good friend took me here food is so delicious service awesome best chinese food i ever had get the salt pepper crab and roast duck soo good

We and a set lunch for a family gathering. We booked tables so there was no wait time for us. The dishes were pretty good. The chicken was a bit too raw (partially pink) to our taste.
