In this meet fresh , they don't have enough people and have to wait at leave 15 mins for our orders , taste not bad , but u have to be patient
Meet Fresh not so fresh. More like ‘MEET BURNT’. They burnt my waffle order after a 20+ min wait and the folks that order after us got their order before us. Was also there the night before and they didn’t get one of our order right as well. I hate to give them a bad review but hope they see this and take better care of their service.
Got the boba caramel pudding and I really liked it. It was small but worth the $2.50. We also got the strawberry slush with brown sugar boba which was a mistake. First of all they add jelly I believe on the bottom making the drink super sweet. Then we added brown sugar boba not knowing about the jello and it was just too much sugar. Also the boba texture wasn’t goodThey should get more employees working there specifically weekends, there were only 3 employees and I understand they were busy but at the same time a little disrespectful but it’s probably from all the stress of doing so many things
The worst customer service and dessert food I have experience in all of Bay Area. I am so beyond disappointed. The menu was completely deceptive in comparison to the actual product. There was literally 20 tapioca balls and a couple of peanuts in my almond soup despite of what the menu offered. Not to mention it took the workers three times to make the egg puff because it was darkened probably due to uncleaniless of the puff maker. After I had requested the first remake, and explained the puffs were for my children, the female worker had given to me uncooked egg puffs, as I requested the remake a second time, the female worker and the male worker rolled their eyes at me as if I was a nuisance. The cashier restated it was due to darkening of the batter which is made no sense. I tried inquiring the way the egg puffs were made and had giving my thoughts why the puff maker created the darkening color and was completely dismissed. I will not be visiting meet fresh again mainly due to the poor interaction with employees. I understand miscommunication/mistakes will be made as we are all humans but a company that can not demonstrate its ability to be open-minded and understand the perspective of its customer is a company I will not support. There are hundreds of dessert cafe in the Bay Area that would appreciate my business.
So glad there's a meet fresh close to home. Desserts were very good. But I got the herbal tea drink and it was sooooo sweet. It was literally all syrup. I asked if they can remake it but they said it's a premade mixture. So I probably won't get that drink at this location again. The bingsoo was good but the ice wasn't very entirely shaved, half of it was still a big chunk.
The franchise should consider the work load here. Over 20 customers are waiting for ordering, and no one just take care. Only 3 guys working during the heavy time. Horrible
I stopped by yesterday evening and ordered a passionfruit tea with boba. Not much different from ordering a passionfruit tea with boba from any other boba shop, however this place has a variety of food you can order as well. I'll probably stop by again sometime just to try some of the food. I removed 1 star because it took them close to 15 mins to fulfill my order which was just 1 drink. Otherwise, staff is very friendly and the location is clean.
The worst Meet Fresh location in the Bay Area, poor managing, always mess up the order, so crowded in the store, I thought we still under the pandemic, and for dine-in no need to show vaccination card? And no cash? But didn’t post anywhere, and people waiting in the line and get turn away. And today I waited for 25mins then found out they lose my order, wth? I waited 15mins for nothing?(people after me got their order in 10mins). Once again the worst Meet Fresh location ever!!
We ordered and paid for the Signature Hot Grass Jelly, and after waiting for 40 minutes,it only came with “warm” grass jelly soup and mini taro balls………
1. It is recommended not to order the hot red bean soup here because you don't know if it is overnight. I ordered one today, and it's stinking.2. The waiters here have very poor service.
